Breakfast was poor and there were insects (small flies) all over the food, in the cereal, everywhere., even on the walls. When I mentioned it to the waitress she said she knew but there was nothing she could do about it. A lot of noise in the corridors, people lost the sense of being in a hotel and respect other guests

Room was comfortable except the small bathroom. Front desk staff extremely polite and helpful. Thank you! At least reception was available 24 hours unlike other properties.

perfect location and wonderful staff. rooms clean and comfortable. balcony over looking garden a great relaxing place to sit with a glass of wine after a very busy tourist day. Great choice at breakfast. highly recommend.

room that we reserved had no AC. they moved us to another room with AC and charged additional money for it. AC was not even working properly in the room anyway!!!

The reception stuff ( a gentkeman)was not hospitable , rude remarks here and there. The hotel was not as shown on booking very different double room sort of old so we requested to check out.Which also was not possible they had to charge full amount of 5days if you stayed one day.Anyway we opted to checkout after two days for the sake of our peace of mind ,breakfast was horrible very rude servers.

The room bathroom was spacious and location 10 mins to the central district .

The common spaces not inviting (but not really important for me). Noisy groups (but it was a WE of Taylor Swift concerts).

Extremalnie clean! Single room provided with all I need, including tea kettle. Strange thing was the bathroom and toilette actually in the room, but since I was alone, I got used to it. Nice breakfast and staff there. Good address for those who look for comfort.

I stayed for one day, travelled to Budapest and stayed 2 more days. For the first night I booked an executive room, which is perfect and has Air conditioning. For the other 2 night I booked a deluxe bedroom, which does not have air conditioning. Both are the same price. It was actually my fault that did not realised that the second room did not have AC. I thought all rooms would have it. It’s just a heads up in case you wish to book a room with AC, pay attention to the description. Note: the staff were very helpful and provide me with a fan, which solved the issue. They also tried to move me to another room, but the hotel was full. I have no complaints.

All !!! Just amazing. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. I traveled with my 4 months old and they organized everything for me. For as requested and also a boiling milk that I did not ask for. I would highly recommend that

I liked the cleanliness, the location and the ammenities (as described). The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to Rathaus, Parlament,Volksgarten (which gets you right in the museums zone), with a few shops for groceries around.

There was nothing that we didn't like !

Central yet quiet location I believe we were checked in by Bernhard Austerer, who was very helpful and polite. He gave us directions and a map which were both very useful. He genuinely wanted to check we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were impressed by the wide range of breakfast choices, hot and continental along with hot drinks, juices, water and prosecco. Very spacious rooms, with modern decor and furnishing A lovely big bathroom, with a bath, a separate shower and a double sink Plenty of bath towels We had a big balcony, along with a table and chairs There was a safe in the room Lots of restaurants within a short walk

The location was excellent, being near to churches, museums, bars, cafes, and theatres. The hotel is lovely. The staff are helpful and friendly. Service with a smile. Good breakfasts, too.

Compact rooms are not an issue, no door between the bathroom and bed is suboptimal. Somewhat dated decor doesn't bother me, short dark curly hair in the sink and on the vanity is not great.
