Super cute hotel with very friendly staff always willing to help with everything we needed. The family room we stayed at was huge and fully renovated. The location is very convenient right at the center of Zell Am See and only 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The breakfast was very good with many options available and the hotel restaurant was very good as well. The pool even small was super fun for our daughter and the sauna a very nice extra.

My room had a room to the road, and the noise made me wake up earlier. If you don't mind missing fresh air, close the window.

Breakfast was amazing. Attentive and friendly service. My scrambled eggs with bacon was somehow elevated to one of the best I ever had.

Breakfast was excellent: bedroom was clean and comfortable; location was perfect; nice atmosphere with apres ski; saunas and pool area were ideal for an end of day naked relaxation. The hotel was within walking distance from the station. I would recommend.

Electronic locks on ski lockers a little stubborn - but sorted quickly by staff.

The biggest attraction of this hotel is that it is family owned and managed and they go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome. The location is 5 minutes from Citiexpress gondola and the hotel ski storage is very convenient. The restaurant menu is excellent and although we had not booked half board we ended up eating here 3 out of four evenings! There is also a pleasant outdoor area for apres ski! A charming hotel - a real flavour of Austria!

We stayed for just one night on a half-board basis, and the experience was delightful! The check-in process was quick and efficient, which was great after a long journey. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to choose from. Dinner menu is fixed, soup, salad, one from 2 main course options, and desert. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, especially on Friday nights, with gatherings and events at the on-site restaurant. There's also a cozy bar if you're in the mood for a drink. In the morning, we checked out and went skiing — the hotel conveniently stored our luggage at reception while we enjoyed the slopes. We even managed to relax in the spa during our stay, which was a wonderful bonus. All in all, a great place for a short getaway!

On site parking is limited to 2m (not enough clearance for a regular van). There is no elevator that goes to the entrance, you have to get your luggage up several steps before you reach the elevator. The entrance to the hotel is tricky and if you don't/can't use their garage, its a long way to back out onto a busy street

The rooms were enormous! Very comfortable and lots of shelving in bathroom. I had an issue with first room (outside noise in front of my room,nothing to do with hotel). I was offered an alternative which was a suite on upper floor. Amazing. Reception and restaurant staff were so helpful and welcoming. Location was great. Central in pedesrarea and short walking distance to railway, beach etc
