What's not to like?

A really lovely hotel and the courtyard view was a charming bonus. Tastefully decorated, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and Lotti! Also, location is an easy walk to the train station and the Christmas market. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm welcome, great service and a dash of style!

We didn't get tea or coffee replaced when room was surfaced. We asked at the front desk and they gave us some. Hot water in shower could have been warmer.

Staff were lovely. The hotel is close to the train station and tour departure points which was very convenient. The hotel's interior decoration was delightful. Gym was adequate and very handy.

The hotel was lovely, the room was spacious, clean and nice. The shower room and the toilet were in seperate rooms which I thought was a good touch as well. The location was excellent as it was right next to the main station, and near buses you could take into the main bit of the town.

20 mins walk into the old town and Christmas markets which was a good thing for exercise! Room was very comfortable, quiet and freshly decorated with modern facilities. Good range of breakfast products made the early morning very acceptable.

It’s a 10 -20 minute walk away from the main Old Town areas of Salzburg.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was lovely and large. Decor was cute and the apartment felt newly renovated and very clean.

The location is a 7min walk from the Salzburg hbf which was great for us coming into and leaving the city via train. It is about a 15-20min walk into the town centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, it has a decent size gym and sauna. Staff are very friendly.

The location was just okay, in a not-so-special area and about 20 mins walking to the Old Town. Although only 5 minutes from the train station. The shower was lovely but the first time we tried it the water would only get warm (not hot) and we were really craving a long hot shower after a day in the cold of Salzburg in December. We asked about this at reception and the answer was something along the lines of “yeah that’s an issue we have with all the showers” and no other resolutions. We later realised that if you push the shower tap around as far to the left as you can and hold it, this helps to get hotter water. But it was a bit of a pain having to do this. However then our next couple of showers were hotter. Just a bit inconsistent. The pillows could be better as they were quite flat and I noticed the pillow case had come off my pillow slightly in the night and the actual pillow itself was stained yellow.

The hotel was really modern and clean with beautiful decor. The beds were comfy. The room was quiet despite being on a main road and double windows did a great job of keeping the noise away from the room. The bar area was lovely. The staff were pleasant.

Lovely to see an invite to join around the fire pit in the garden to have mulled wine, felt like it was complimentary, it wasn't!! Breakfast was far too expensive at €25pp

The location was great! Just a few minutes from the train station and a little walk to center. The studio was a great size for 3 people. It had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend that hotel to anyone.

All the staff we encountered were exceptional, friendly and professional. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room, though small, was perfectly comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and nice bar for a nightcap.. 20 minute stroll to the city centre.

The tiniest thing I would like to see changed is to have some flexibility with the options on the shower head.

The hotel is very conveniently located and easy to access. The staff were were friendly and easy to approach for questions. The hotel looks, feels and smells fantastic - immediately puts you at rest. The breakfast was fantastic - plenty to choose from.

The water pressure was good, but in the shower on 2/3 occasions the water was warm-hot, rather than hot-hot which I prefer. Reconsider breakfast price point.. EUR 25 is too much for breakfast with 20 food cafes offering the same for 1/4 price within 5 min walk.

Absolutely beautifully presented common areas and rooms. Friendly, efficient staff. Great consideration for comfort and convenience. Excellent, consistent Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed. Good room amenities. The location is excellent.. close to the station and it seems like everything in Salzburg is max 5mins away. Would recommend the very nearby Cup&Cino as a great and good value hangout.
