Although the breakfast was nice, the price was hefty, at 25 EUR. If you are not a big breakfast person, you are probably better off going to a local coffee shop.

I loved absolutely everything. It was a very stylish newly renovated hotel with a comfortable bed. The soaps smelled nice, and as a little guest gift, you were given Mozartkugeln. It was fab. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food, and the coffee was nice too.

For safety purposes we would have loved an additional lock on the door. And a fridge to store leftovers would have been great, but neither would steer us away from staying again! We had a great visit.

Loved our stay in Salzburg. Hotel 5 min walk from station and easy short walk to river and old town area. Staff lovely with helpful advice on where to go and eating recommendations. Buffet breakfast very good with a good range of options. We loved our room. Corner room with lots of natural light. Very quiet when windows closed. We like city noises though so had a window ajar some nights (autumn)

I don’t think it was good value for money. No chairs in the room, no fridge and only a small bottle of water. I expect more for £150 a night!

It was well situated, within walking distance of the river, main station and a lovely walk to the centre of the city. The staff were very friendly.

Beautiful, cozy room with comfy bed and great shower. The staff was so friendly and we enjoyed grabbing a drink at the bar in the lobby. They provide a QR code in your room with suggestions (restaurants, etc.) that we found super helpful. The locations is fairly close to the train station so we didn't have to lug our bags around for too long. It's very walkable to Old Town, Mirabell Palace & Garden, and more.

A bit noisy on 2nd level on street side. Large window in the washroom with only a sheer drape, felt a bit uncomfortable and exposed. Ran out of toilet tissue and was unable to find an extra roll.

Adorable boutique rooms a short walk from sights. Excellent decor, fine toiletries, comfortable sleep. Large room. Spa on top floor.

Perfect location within 6 minutes walk to central train/bus station. Very clean and spacious room. Nice staff and supportive. Easy access in and out!

The bed cover alone gets too warm. It would be nice to have a separate top sheet.

The room was very nice, however, I wish we were not on the street side. If we had to do it over again we would know to ask for the courtyard. The location was fine. We liked the proximity to the train station, and it was an easy straight shot to Marabela Park. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking is expensive and there is no direct access from the hotel itself . As opposed to other 4-star hotels we have been to in Austria -there was no option in the breakfast to ask for omelets, etc'

It turned out that the booked room was quite small and in a low floor while we asked for a high floor so they allowed us to move to a bigger one in a high floor for only a small fee. The Staff is amicable and helpful. Breakfast is fine and the chocolate near the beds was a nice surprise

- The temperature for the rooms can be changed but I still felt it was somewhat cold even after adjusting to the warmest setting. - It would be nice to have a rug in the rooms since the floor can get very cold.

- The cohesive design and little details such as chocolates next to the bed and dried fruits and teas in the spa. - The complimentary sauna. - Convenient location near the train station. - Friendly staff. Naomi and Moritz from the front desk were very helpful. The blond girl wasn’t but 2/3 is enough. - Clean beautiful room. - I would stay here again no questions asked.
