    “After a mishap with communication we were able to stay. I phoned after the first night asking if another night was available. I was advised there was, and was charged for the second night. The next morning however, there was no record of payment received nor of the conversation, fortunately I had records of the payment debited and had a call log on my phone. The staff were most helpful however and we were able to stay without further questions asked. Lovely beds, great pillows! We also enjoyed up to date televisions and being able to watch You Tube in our room!”
