1. everything is new and clean. like you're moving into a new home. 2. comfortable beds and sofa. 3. kitchenware and toiletries equipped. nice for family stay even for a lengthy period. 4. the host gives clear instructions to get the keys. it's trouble-free. 5. the host is helpful and ready to solve your issues.

1. although there's a car park which you can use, the "visitors" slots are not enough. we had to wait for the host to reserve one when we arrived. moreover, even you've got a reserved slot, the parking slots do not follow numerical order which makes you easily get lost in the car park (ridiculous, right??). i've circled in the car park like 20 minutes before i could locate the slot. not the host's fault but really not the best experience you would ever expect. 2. not many stores or restaurants nearby. but if you drive it's not a problem.

Great spot, easy to access, walking distance to shops and cafes. Our balcony was massive and had great views.

Each unit is individually owned, so decor is different throughout. We were in 802 and it hasn’t been cleaned properly, dust everywhere, carpets were filthy, stains on cushions etc Even the vacuum cleaner was old and grimy. Issues getting the AC and TV to work, even the light in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Several families were staying at the same time as us and we all had varying experiences, so I think it depends what unit you are given. Very tired overall and needs major refurb, especially pool/sauna and games area.
