Apartment is a little dated, could do with 'modernising'

Excellent location overlooking Kirra Beach. The view from the wrap around balcony is stunning. The apartment has air conditioning units in the bedrooms, an internal laundry and the kitchen has plenty of crocery, cutlery and cooking implements. Very close to GC airport, easy walk to Snapper Rocks , Coolangatta, and Bilinga, Tugun etc. Variety of eating places nearby from cheap and cheerful to more upmarket.

Blinds in the lounge room/kitchen area as the western sun was intense in the afternoon.

The only downside was the aircon unit is on the balcony, a little close to wear we sat. but easily fixed by turning the aircon off while we were on the balcony. we could have chosen to move the table down the opposite end.

I loved being able to sit on our balcony or in the lounge/dining area and see the beach and partial sunrise. The beach was an easy access, down to ground floor, very short stroll (maybe 20m) across the grounds and Burleigh patrolled beach was across the road. The lifesavers club was also fabulous, good food and great view.

Walls very dusty, fan in lounge room didn’t work. Bed head is off the wall in main bedroom. Aircon very dirty/mouldy.

Wonderful location with views of the whole coast. Shirt walk to lots of restaurants etc. quiet section of beach to swim or short walk to SLS flags. We’ll be back.

Missing blind on south side of building, limited privacy at night.

View from the balcony of the beach was excellent layout of the apartment and facilities were very good. Access to beach and location to restaurants, cafe and bakery was convenient.

I think the apartment needs a little maintenance. Nothing terribly wrong but small things here and there.

Amazing location , great pool and view is beautiful. The apartment we stayed in was really nicely renovated and updated tastefully and has everything to make it comfortable. Comfortable beds, the aircon is also great and showers had great pressure.

Receptionist Dee was very welcoming. We had a couple of problems. Shower Glass sliding door fell out of frame in main bathroom and being a weekend could not be attended to,, but, there was an unsuited. Housekeeping, glass wear had yo be washed before use as they were grimmy, plus clothes dryer had alot of sand in it. View from surfers to Tweed Heads from wrap around balcony was exceptional. Bus out the front. Beach across the road. Restaurants just a short walk. We would recommend and stay there again. We stayed in Apartment 701

There was only one air-conditioning in the lounge which was not ideal. The BBQ was broken and we could not use it. We had bought meat and could not use the BBQ. We went across the road to Wyndham and we were allowed to use the BBQ as we a members. This was a bit of an inconvenience . The vacuum cleaner in the apartment hardly worked. Needs to be updated if it is a requirement to keep the apartment clean.

Location was great. The apartment was lovely. Staff were great. Apartment was clean.
