Absolutely amazing view especially at sunset. Great CBD location within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, waterfront and bus stop just outside of Woolworths (super handy) to get to markets, casino and MAGNT. Pool was amazing and lovely at night time for a cool swim before bed. Kitchenette handy, bed comfy, rainwater shower lovely and washer dryer very practical. Fans and aircon system keep room cool! And access to Netflix was a bonus! Very enjoyable stay (2 weeks)

AustraliaThis is splitting hairs right now as the stay was fantastic but just a couple things to avert attention to. Some of the locks on the doors seem like they need some replacing. For instance, the balcony sliding door - the door handle seemed to be a little loose and I found I needed to squeeze the door in place to latch the door locked. Importantly, the front door lock seems it may need to be replaced. In the instructions, it said to make sure keys were left in the lockbox downstairs, but I found when first arriving, I needed the keys to unlock the front door as the card did not unlock the door. It took me around 45 minutes to get into the property as the keys for the “dead lock” just did not want to turn. When eventually jiggling enough and turning, the key did not want to turn back to the original position for me to pull the key out and the lock itself seemed loose and not aligned to the rest of the locking system. I eventually just had to keep the dead lock unlocked when heading out (ensuring that the key card function kept the door itself locked from the outside), and so I could return the keys to the lockbox as instructed. As I said, splitting hairs here. Really not much of a complaint. Just struggled to get into the property at the start, which was slightly an inconvenience 😂
I loved the decorative pieces of art and plants added to the room, which gave it sophistication and charm. The bed was super comfy and was like a cloud to me! There seems to have been a consideration made to provide eco-friendly, but good quality products for use. I also respected the effort to reduce environmental impact with the refillable bathroom products. The kitchenware provided was also a step up from a normal hotel room (big fan of the coffee plunger) and respected the care taken to keep the room mould free with the dehumidifier. The property was clean and felt as if it had assistance from the property owner if I needed linen cleaned during my stay. The property manager checked in regularly to ensure my stay was to expectation, which I thought displayed a great level of customer service care to me as a guest. Lastly but probably most importantly, the view was to die for! I loved how I was spoilt for choice if I wanted to look at the Harbour, but also if wanting to scope the city to see how busy it was before heading out 😂

AustraliaTissues and a shower cap were not provided. The amount of soap to wash hands and have a shower was not enough for several days. We were very disapointed we could not swim in the pool.
The room was close to everything in the city. The view was good. I liked having a balcony.Near good restaurants and bars.

NetherlandsThere could have been more explanation on the exact location of the parking spot as it is on the dark side of the parking lot (only lights up when entered). Furthermore, the ventilation in the bathroom is very noisy and cannot be separated from the light Every time the neighbours use the faucet in their kitchen, it is almost as if it is used in the unit itself. There are no coffee-making facilities in the studio which is disappointing (instant coffee is not coffee). As it is self-catering might as well book the hotel and receive a daily clean.
