We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very comfortable little apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Excellent value for money.

AustraliaThe bathroom is not appropriate for a 5 bed facility. The bath is way too small for an adult and the shower recess appears to have been tacked into the space and is way too small for an adult as well. A revamp could be considered to remove the bath and shower recess and incorporate a large shower where the bath is - just a thought! No air conditioner - it is a hot little unit, the fans are useful, air con would be better, Not sure what was going on with the linen. We supplied our own linen and pillows however we had to go looking for a queen mattress cover, could not find any tea towels. A blue bag of linen was left near the front door, possibly from the previous clean.
It is a nice little property, very clean and tidy, well presented with the beach theme. Close to all required facilities, in a quiet spot with the ability to walk to lovely areas. Overall a good presented property.

AustraliaAll the pillows have no cover. The first night was so hot that I couldn't sleep. There was no ventilation in the whole room, only fans, but it was of no use in the hot, hot weather.
