Over our three week stay the appartment was great also the air conditioner was fantastic considering we came from Tasmania. Our view from the 21st floor was amazing we stayed in room 2001. Breakfast every morning was also great, no complaints there. Our house maid, her name is Sunday,she was exceptional, always happy and smiling and would help in any way that she could, what a little asset to the hotel, in alot of ways. Also loved the fans going 24/7 in the lifts.

The room didn’t have our requested bed arrangement, so the staff had to rearrange the beds after we checked in.

I wanted to use a particular credit card and that was the number I put in my booking. But when I checked in, I had to provide a physical card and I didn’t have that particular card with me so I was unable to use it. Also, the hotel only takes cards but then charges a surcharge for using one. If you’re going to charge me to use a card, you should allow an alternative method of payment.

my door key didn't work (on two separate occasions) and I had to come back down to reception to get help. Lamp in room didn't work so it was a bit dark. Room service food order took over half an hour and arrived cold (burger and chips).

Our room wasn’t cleaned on the day we were advised it was going to be so I had to make contact to get new towels & toilet paper. One of the single beds was slightly broken & no clothes rack to hang anything on.

There is nothing really that we would have to complain about.

We were there to attend a Lion's Convention, the location was great, very close to the Convention Centre which was great as we were first timers to Darwin. The room was comfortable, and the view was great giving us great sunrises from the balcony.

Everything . Comfort , cleanliness, view as requested , size of room , the breakfast had good variety , helpful staff , everything was just right. I would book this hotel again if I returned to Darwin .

Wasn't clean when you really started looking. Under couch beside bed in stairs on railing walls where very dirty. Something splashed on bottom of bed.

View from the room was great. Location was within walking distance of CBD and a lot of attractions. Continental breakfast best we have had.

Long waits for lift at times. Some did not appear to be operational which contributed to the delays.

The bathroom was exceptionally functual. Loads of storage for make-up and toiletries and large walk-in shower.

Pool is in the shade of the building so it was freezing!! Nothing they could do about that but was a shame to not use the pool.

We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable. Good amenities and facilities overall. We chose not to have housekeeping but you can always get extra towels, teabags etc from reception. Lots of light in the apartment and the air-con and fans were great. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant downstairs and it was lovely to lie around the pool. We were also able to organise a late checkout which suited us as we were boarding a ship in the afternoon.
