Outdoor area, cleanliness. Get rid of the rusty clothes rack out the back, clean the mould/slime off the back area, coil up the hose, clean up the pool area, replace the locks and the louvres for better security. A bit overpriced for the age/modernity of the unit.

Comfortable beds. Unit was quite well equipped. Good pool. Good aircon. OK location. Furniture was fine. Linen & towels good. Appreciated the earlier check-in.

- Dirty and sticky coffee machine - Toilet paper not included - Leaky windows and doors. (Environmental nonsense and animals can get into the house easier this way) - 4 dollars for a wash in an ancient washing machine... Why not free of charge?

Small living area, no dining table inside due to tight space. Very tight space-wise for 4 adults. Lockbox was jammed and had to wait 20 mins for keys on arrival.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Good wi-fi and smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

I think a No Dog Policy in the pool should be mandatory as it’s used by guests.

The kitchen only has a cook top, not an oven. The washing machine is not in the room, it’s a coin washing machine located in the apartment block. You can hear A LOT of noise from the neighbouring apartments, our first two nights we had very minimal sleep due to neighbours being up all night.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was clean and has been tastefully renovated and furnished.

Really not happy about our checkout experience. Check out is 10am. At 9:55am the cleaners pulled up to the house. At 10am they knocked asked when we were leaving as they had a busy day and needed to get in. All our bags were at the door ready to go in the car, I said give us a couple of mins to pack the car and we would be out of their way. As we started packing the car they started coming in, walking in between the small gap of the car and the house with vacuums etc. not impressed we were rushed out so fast it left a really bad taste in our mouth. Just absolutely rude! Didn’t even get to go back in for a couple of mins to do a once over check to make sure got all of our stuff. We asked for a couple mins and they did not even wait!!!!!

nice touches and well thought out. close to the beach, a bit noisy being close to the neighbours but otherwise a nice stay.

Old buildings need regular care and maintenance. A few areas like in the bathroom the mirror was not near the sink for shaving and or makeup. Crazy or just dumb.

Location and the fact that they have tried to provide all of the facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. It is an old building but the renovation has been very well done but there have been a few things not addressed which probably should be at some time in the future.

Hot and stuffy without aircon on. all windows with security grills on so that in the event of an emergency there is no escape.

Minimal natural light compared to photos. Some cups and mugs had not been cleaned (toothpaste type residue on the inside ), the cutting knives were mostly blunt , however we were told to search for the knife sharpener Only a tiny cleaning scrubber supplied- no brush to properly clean glasses and pans. Non stick frypan surface was all cut - should be replaced. Washing machine was NOT in the apartment , rather outside in a communal area shared by multiple other units AND the machine coin slot was jammed, making it unoperational when needed. It was fixed eventually by management. The unit was very musty and smelt - we needed to run the aircon quite a bit to clear the air. The outside table had seen better days,one edge being somewhat broken No easy access power point on or at the kitchen bench

Location was excellent TV was superb and easy to operate Towels and sheets were clean Shower was excellent - pressure and heat wise. Soap dispensers very good Fridge- excellent

Absolutely loved our 2 weeks stay.Excellent location easy walk to the beach & shops in quiet area .Close to cafes , restaurants & scrumptious ice cream .Quick drive to main highway for exploring the area. Quite spacious unit with comfortable beds & very convenient backyard courtyard with private access to the street.Fantastic staff who went out of their way to solve a small problem we had. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Spring mattress too hard for me. Window slats didn’t seal. Ants unless very careful. Crazy conspiracy theory neighbour owners sprouting rubbish.

Fairly central location, a block from the beach. 2 bedrooms gave some family space. Somewhat private rear outdoor space. Aircon worked.

Toilet light did not work on the second day. No dining area for 4. Space was a little tight and outdoor yard could not be used to access the pool.

Nothing. Everything was great

The unit was very clean, beds were really comfortable, air-conditioned throughout, good shower pressure, attentive host, fantastic location, use of a pool. What's not to love?!
