Ants on ALL of the ki9tchen benchtops. stains (tomato? ) on the top of the duvet cover, no liner on the stained mattress (and VERY thin sheets) dirty sink, dusty water stains on bathroom windows, old dust on all skirting-boards , taps not cleaned, black, fleece rugs over communal couches made them very uninviting (concealing more dirt??) My bare feet got sticky from all the attached dust, I had to change the bedding and I cleaned the bathroom sink, taps, part of the windows and counter tops. Lots of mold on the curtains; Ugh! The bed was a very basic, folding , squeaky "camp" bed with a ridge half way down it. :-(

The bed was very hard uncomfortable plus getting into facility was confusing luckily someone was there to help us if checking in time was 1.30 we could have bought our gear sorted out the lock box and gone out to enjoy our afternoon . 3rd time we have had trouble with lock box check in

Was horrible, do not stay here, it was dirty, there is mould in the bathroom, floor were dirty, there were pubes in the toilet, everything was dirty, was actually disgusting. The price is not worth the money. I know it’s a keep stay, but they still need to keep it clean Bed was horrible, the towels and bed sheet (only fitted sheet) were see through and the pillows were dirty and smelled

The unit had been broken into and couldn't be locked . There was no mattress just a bed base so we had to "sleep" on just a bed of springs. We got no sleep because of this and got up with such sore backs we went and got a back massage each the next day. The toilet seat was broken and the towels were covered in bleach. I am seeking a full refund.

I started staying there on 18/8/24 Sunday. On 22 Thursday morning, the glass door of the shower room fall down and I got injured on my both hands. My husband called the host and informed her about the incident. She said she will sent someone to check it. According to her someone came on next day, that is Friday, but did nothing. My husband again called the host and she was trying to put the blame on me as she said the door will not fall on its own. In my point of view, the door was not perfect and there was something wrong with it since I’m staying there. On Saturday, I called customer care service and they talk with the host. She told the customer care team that she cleaned the bathroom and there is no glasses in the bathroom. Actually she didn’t do it and I sent photo proof to customer service. Later, I was offered with one day extra stay for free as a compensation. I refused it and then I got refund of one days payment which is $117. I vacated the room on 29th Thursday, still all the broken glasses are there in the bathroom. All together, it was a horrible experience I ever had.

Smelled funny, very uncomfortable bed. Very loud other guessed (2 people siging at the top of their lungs at 3am). Didn't feel very private - shower was hard to get into, toilet seat was broken. I'll say it a second time, bed was so uncomfortable.

We stayed in room b previously (under Dean Williams) AND LOVED IT.... But this tine we were in room A.. Neither of us got any sleep... The bed was hard.. any time u rolled or even moved a leg..the bed would squeak,, batheoom door would bang everytime.no matter how hard not to&wouldnt stay open . And bathroom blind rattled CONSTANTLY the whole night, , blanket too thin

When I arrived the bed was unmade the bin full the towles dirty also the sheets were dirty also I asked for clean sheets that night, and they wouldn't do so I asked for a refund they didn't do the room was dirty including the toilet .the staff were not present at all

Just some feedback: I noticed there was no ash trays for smokers In the morning I was woken up by the neighbours who were angry and sprayed water on your property in retaliation to previous guests who were smoker's. The smoker's apparently flicked their cigarettes onto their yard and the neighbours blamed me Cos they saw me. I recommend some sort of smoker's bin in case people don't k ow where to dispose of it. Everything bed was broken no TV in room bathroom was not clean and it was only small room and the the vew was crap it was not what I expected and then to be rushed out by 8.30am I will definitely not staying there again and would not recommend the place to anyone

-The bed is terrible, the top middle is caved in and we had to put a bunched up spare blanket along the middle just to keep us from sliding into the middle. It was also extremely creaky. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable sleep. -Our keys were not in the lockbox at the front door when we arrived, even though I had been told they were. Had to call up, and turned out the lady was in the house and had the keys on her. -The ad says "private check in" but this is kind of misleading. As aforementioned, the ladies were actually just right there in the house, and on top of that, you enter the house and walk straight into the lounge/kitchen communal area. You can't possibly privately enter if other people staying there are in the common area or if the owners are right there.

Bathroom is nice, big shower and big bath.
