Brilliant adults only, peaceful and private. Secure off-street parking, a 10-minute walk to the town center, beautiful pool, spa, and amenities.

Sometimes the pool was super busy and we couldn't get a spot however eventually did. Perhaps more sun lounges are required. Also a double sink would be great or better lighting for make up application.

Loved the location thought the facilities were extenely clean. Restock of items was great as we stayed 4 nights.

It was hard to find the property at night in the dark, there wasn’t enough lighting on the sign but we found it in the end. We paid extra for a room with a balcony at the top that has a view, but we received one that looks at roofs of houses and the pool roof. But it was still not that bad to look at. Still a lovely stay.

Room was very clean. In walking distance to Woolworths, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Also I liked that there were a lot of towels. I have very long hair and most places just give you one towel per person, and this is very inconvenient for me, but here our king room had ample towels per person and in different sizes. So that was good. Our room had a pod coffee machine, a kettle, a small fridge with a mini soy milk and mini full cream milk inside. Also we were given a lovely box of Byron bay cookies too. Before check in you receive excellent instructions via a message and it explains how to get to your room, where to park and a few other things, that was super helpful. Parking is out the front of the apartments but secured with a gate that you need a code for. Nice verandah to sit on. It has an outdoor pool and spa, unfortunately it was raining our entire stay and we didn’t get to enjoy it, but it was a lovely stay and will definitely come back. Really enjoyed it.

Pool area - if pool beds could be further apart. there was one vacant, but I felt like I was infringing on the next person's space...

Jodie was very helpful - allowing us to have flexible check out as our flight was at an awkward time. She let us check out late and stay by the pool/spa area. Greatly appreciated! Resort was also quiet which was nice as we happen to go during Schoolies week by accident!

Not enough sun loungers. only 6 for all rooms. Times when there was a need for 10 so not all could use a longer. Alternative chairs and other soft furnishing areas not an acceptable alternative at this price point.

The shower.. took ages for hot water to come through. The ironing board was terrible.

When I arrived for self check in the key was not where it was supposed to be and I had to make two calls before someone gave me a key. After travelling all day and a flat phone it made things very difficult. I was then 45 minutes late for dinner plans because of this mix up. On my second night as a single traveller I was scared as there was someone sleeping in their car outside the complex. Having to get out of the car to open the gates to park and in the dark this scared me. Then walking down the path i did not feel safe. I messaged the after hours number and got a reply 15 hours later. Also I would have liked to do my washing outside the 9 to 5 window

The styling of the room was great and spacious. I loved the outside area.

Everything was great

Walked to shops and a nice hike to the lighthouse. Everything was supplied needed, quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.
