The kitchen was pretty small so wasn’t always the easiest to cook, we ended up getting microwave meals as it was so much easier than waiting for space to cook

The room was nicely decorated and modern, and loved that our key was on our phone! Also loved that laundry was all paid for online, so no cash was needed like most other places. The outside area was really nice along with the shared balcony. Only a short walk to the beach and shops and the bus stop for Australia zoo is right outside the front of the building

The good vibes are appreciated in the hostel facilities and amplified by the staff. I stayed for the weekend with my mom in the private room w/ bathroom and it was just perfect! Steps away from Mooloolaba Beach and Wharf, great for someone travelling without a car and looking for a chill environment.

The pillows were a little flat and the bathrooms were cramped and a little dirty.

The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. I had to shorten my stay and there was no problem changing it even with just one day warning. The people was very social and the environment was light. The kitchen facilities were spacious enough and fairly well equipped. Great location, pretty close to everything.

Facilities were excellent, staff were amazing. Nothing to complain about at all. Booked last minute as original hotel had sold our room to another couple! Able to book in with ease. Staff were fantastic and able to take all our stress away immediately. Highly recommend.

The kitchen was very small, making it awkward when trying to prep or cook because of other people doing the same.

Comfortable room with plugs next to bed and good sized lockers. Friendly staff, nice sized pool and communal space on every level. Great location too, right around the corner from the Greyhound stop and SeaWorld, plus the bus to Australia Zoo picks you up right outside!

Super dirty bathroom with hair on the walls and ceiling. Photos really seemed not to identify that the balcony and tea station was a communal area when we'd booked a private room.

I didn’t find the bathrooms to be very clean. Sometimes I wondered if they were even cleaned at all that day and then specifically the floors.

The hostel was very nice with nice people. Quite some long termers but they were really nice as well. It is a ten minute walk to the beach, greyhound bus stop and Coles.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned to the best of standards, there were hairs and a bottle cap behind the door.

The keyless entry to rooms was great, no fear of losing your key. Spacious room and polite/helpful staff. Parking available. Good location easy to walk to where you want to go.

The people in the next room coming home at 4am and proceeding to party and talk very loudly until 7am! Backpackers or not, respect for others sleeping should be universal and those who are there should be reminded of this!

For backpackers accommodation, this place was brilliant! So close to bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Comfy beds and easy to use electronic key system.

The pillow wasn't the most comfortable and the wifi was not stable at all.

Great location, just 10 min walk from the main beach. The room was pleasant and clean, the shower was the best! Well above my expectations. The staff is very friendly and the place seems quite organised.

The bathrooms were not as clean, the showers in particular, they were tiny cubicles with no where to really put your stuff. There also seemed to be a fair few long term stayers throughout the hostel.

Comfortable rooms, lovely pool and the kitchen was kept pretty clean for the majority of the day.
