Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had a private room - it was very clean and tidy. The whole resort offered great facilities with a good Central pool, rec area and all in a central location with a easy walk into the main esplanade.

Really lovely, social and friendly hostel. Stayed in a private double room which was spacious, clean and well furnished. Felt very homely and comfortable. Kitchen facilities are good and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Easy walk to shops and the beach, which is gorgeous!

Really friendly receptionist. Clean and big common areas (with a pac-man machine). Private room was super clean, and fully equipped. You don't need a key to enter your accommodation but only a code that will be provided at check in. Free activities provided.

Nothing, really. All perfect!

Very convenient, close to everything, clean and with all the facilities we needed. We could find simple things that some hotels forget, like a mirror in the room, lamps, basic toiletries, a shared kitchen and small fridge on the floor. Even the TV was huge and with all the streaming apps available (my friend and I could even watch the Olympics on Stan! 😆)

There was a lockout at 11 like a boarding school. if you’re travelling and exploring places and need to come back after 11pm you can’t bring your car in because the doors are locked and you got no choice to park on road. Mostly parking is occupied by backpackers cars and you won’t find a space even you book a suite for yourself.

Noise Noise Noise A small number of residents were allowed to party with no restrictions regarding how much invasive noise they made, the majority of the afternoon relaxing around the pool was not possible because of the loud music, yahooing etc, the evening was worse and many other residents stayed in their rooms to escape the noise. I don’t believe it’s the residents responsibility to address this with drunk loud young people the management should have addressed this on behalf of all the other people there on holiday wanting to enjoy their stay We would have left if we hadn’t already paid in advance. Disappointing as was a great stay for the the price.

This property is advertised falsely - it is not a motel ! It is a backpackers room - a delux twin had 2 single beds , no fridge and no room to move plus you had to enter a code for the corridor and the room was at the end of the corridor and share a small bar fridge with all the rooms in a communal area after climbing 3 flights of stairs My Partner is awaiting hip replacement surgery so could not manage the stairs so we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay - they did refund the second night but not the initial night - $160 down the drain
