Breakfast was terrible.. really old food being served and not very clean. The lobby area worried me for small children.. they could have climbed over the railing or fit underneath and fallen a story. It’s amazing to me that they’re allowed to have this this way.

The only fault for me was our bed was uncomfortable as the springs were noisy and protruding in parts.

Breakfast was great. The pool area also fantastic. Shower was brilliant, and really powerful. Nice big rooms.

Amazing resort. Facilities were great. Some TLC is needed but does not ruin what you get. Location is amazing. The best sunrise from Oceanview room. Amazing pool.

The bathroom was a little dated.

Great location! We stayed in a twin room with ocean views. The view was amazing! Beds were comfortable and lots of room for our family of 4. Facilities were great. Kids could have stayed in the pool all day. Games room was also great. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was absolutely fantastic. We ended up staying an extra night as we loved it so much. A very short drive to main shops and just around the corner from the Big Banana. We loved every moment and will definitely be back.

it’s too old, dated and disappointing . current owners need to pump serious money into it and refurbish it well to modern day hotel. has the potential to be a great facility but for now - it is essentially like an abandoned function building.

the water pressure in the shower is the best! I didn’t need to use dental floss that night!

Some of the reception staff need to work on their customer service skills, a few of the younger girls I came across were quite rude and had no personality, they looked like they really didn’t want to be there.

The pool was great, cocktail bar was outstanding, the staff at the cocktail bar and Restuarant were amazing especially Hayden he was fabulous. The Restuarant food was fantastic.

A lot of little things not working properly. Room air conditioner couldn't maintain a comfortable temperature during the warm nights. Our TV sound and room telephone didn't work, requiring the supervisor to come fix. In the gym, the clamps to secure weights on the bar bells were missing. The water feature in the foyer was a bit green with algae and parts of the garden and patio were growing weeds and needed a good scrub. The water cooler at reception was empty. Despite seeming relatively quiet, the front desk said the hotel was too busy to allow a late check out. Some more gluten-free options, like muffins or banana bread would have been nice. In my opinion the hotel deserves a "three-star" rating rather than four.

The disabled access was poor. Trying to get a wheelchair to the restaurant meant trekking outside for 50m without cover from the rain. There are only 2 disabled car parks, The resort is dated and needs renovating. The beds are doubles and not queen size which is fairly standard everywhere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
