AustraliaNO Microwave in your room was disappointing as you have to hire one at $10 per night which forces you to eat at the restaurant/takeaway.
Perfect location with easy to access facilities within hotel. 24hr reception available & staff are very helpful. The view from ocenside balcony was great overlooking islands & sound of waves was very relaxing.

AustraliaWould have like all aspects to be available and the exterior could use a new paint job. Restaurant food whilst good had limited choices especially if staying more than a couple of days. In that case you might want to eat elsewhere which could be a bit of a drive into the main area of Coffs Harbour 10-15 minutes.
The venue was very easy to access and use the facilities. Some aspects were not available as we were not in high season but we still had a good time. The pool area was great for the kids. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Kookaburras were daily visitors.

AustraliaNot enough disability parking, there were 2 spaces just outside the main entry but I understand there wasn't much room for another space. I was fortunate that I had a support worker travelling with me who could park the car in the main car park a short walk away.
The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the block out curtain made for a lovely dark room for a good sleep after a long drive. The staff were very friendly, informative and courteous. The reception area was very clean, the lifts were amazing - no stairs like so many other places. Highly recommend !

The special deal for forgoing daily service was a bit deceptive as it could only be used on the day in the restaurant, we couldn't even use it to get a cup of coffee ( as this was not food!). The pool area was excellent and great for kids and families.

DenmarkSpacious room Beds were big and firm. One comfy chair and a deskchair plus table was nice. Bathroom a little tired but clean. Balcony was nice Price a little high when you're looking at a parkinglot. Hotel situated next to the ocean. But high trees in front. View from 3rd floor great. Would splurge and stay with a view next time. Pool area was awesome. Lounge area was not a cozy place to hang out. Well kept hotel in general.
