The food was very expensive and I wasn’t impressed with the quality. I ordered the porterhouse steak and it was very tough.

The shower is as great and the beds comfortable.

It's a bit tired and outdated. You could imagine the possibilities or what it was like in its hay day but doesn't have the same glitz and glam as resorts built today.

Even though the property isn't located in town it has everything you need on site. It has potential and value for money was good. Everything was clean and tidy.

The rooms are getting a little dated now, but in saying that, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was clean, bright and comfortable, with a really nice ocean view. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and professional staff. Nice comfortable room with a really nice ocean view. The food and the service in the restaurant was excellent, and also a shout out to the nice young gentleman running the bar. We had the full buffet breakfast both mornings and dinner there both evenings, all of which where first class. We really enjoyed our stay.

The premises outside were really dirty and run down. Chairs and tables needed a good clean even shade sails were disgusting. Gardens were good

Extremely dated hotel, I guess it was a nice place to stay back in the 90's.

The whole place is shabby and not maintained very well. Dinner was barely Kmart cafeteria standard but fine dining prices. Staff at the restaurant were poorly trained (you guys ordered drinks? As we sipped from our drinks...). And shabby - sneakers, jeans and untucked shirts are far from the expected standard. Pool area would have been amazing in its heyday. Spa was barely warm. Should have been a lovely experience but instead gave us entertaining stories to tell of how awful this place is. Looks great on Instagram,.but the real.life is far different. We felt like if there was a trivia night, the first question would be "what the f*$k are you looking at...."

Staff were extremely friendly and polite. This was the first time I have stayed at a resort alone and I felt very comfortable and safe. The day spa located onsite is exceptional.

It really shouldn’t matter if it’s peak season or not. If you are a resort that advertises that it has a pool bar and you have people staying, the pool bar should be open. We had to constantly get out of the pool dry ourselves off, walk into the bar to get drinks and walk back out.

The pool was clean, rooms were old but clean and staff were all friendly enough.

Given us a room with a view and a proper shower.

For the money we paid we were very disappointed. A very long walk to the accommodation a very long walk to our room and we did not have a view. Also I could not sep over the bath to have a shower. The room was lovely large clean and comfortable bed.

No sound proofing, carpet squares straight on top of concrete, horrible buffet breakfast, food was bad all round, no room service available and kitchen closes early, no foxtel, reception girls quite rude.

Very inflexible no late checkout , not even paying. no room service, even though claim to get $10 off food. No heater, offer more blanket. Do not come in winter
