No facilities to use for breakfast or meals (ie bowls cutlery etc.),and no bar meals Restaurant or room service the only options. Also no flyscreens to balcony doors not allowing any fresh air into the unit, previous lower level units we have stayed in have screens. Also facilities Toilet/shower screen/vanity...all starting to appear very shabby!.

Nice location, also pleasant ocean view a bonus, also reasonably close to Coffs Harbour CBD & shopping centres.

Staff rude and unhelpful, facilities run down, no management, very uninviting place, all in all depressing. I felt tricked by bookings.com into paying in advance for hotel that is not fit for purpose.

The bathroom definitely needs uograding, the mattress was too firm, could be a bit more plush. We requested a 15 to 20 min late check out since we had young kids and had only checked in at 8:30 pm the previous night,but were even refused that.

The bed was on wheels and kept moving away from the wall, fridge was noisey, the room was a long... long.. walk from reception. Internet was almost non existent. We had trouble with the water as it was cloudy. I phoned reception and asked if they could bring water for my husbands sleep machine, they said they would send some. We waited and hour and I phoned reception back and was told she spoke to the manager and was told to keep the tap running until it ran clear. I asked why she didn't convey that to me in a phone call. She said she was too busy, it wasn't a priority.

Location is the best. Gardens are nice, parking not too far away from reception, the water was hot and had good pressure. The restaurant meal was nice although breakfast wasn't great.

Staffs were absolutely rude during check out as were only 20/30 mins late. Our check in was after midnight so we have requested for at least extra half hour for check out and never been verbally made aware of extra charges as we were late in sleep and very tired of driving. They charged us extra half hour, misbehaved, threatened us infront our 7 year old child. She was shaken with fear as the lady in counter Reane (duty manager) was screaming at us.

Breakfast was ok. Not all items were there and they wanted as to wait while they cook & refill. Not value for money

The room lacked what I would call essential comforts. The TV was super buggy, people from other rooms using their TVs would also periodically control our TV. The aircon did not work at all. It made constant sounds the entire time it was running. Every 30 seconds or so just a loud bang would happen. I am certain I paid for breakfast included but did not receive it. There is just not enough signage to explain where things are, opening hours of things, or even how to access things. The shower very easily flooded upon first use due to unexpected reasons.

The room was alright, the size and the ammenities. It had a decent living area. In all honesty, besides the size of the room, and I guess the instant hot water, It was quite subpar for what I paid and what I was expecting to receive.

property is dated. the amenities were poor. I arrived around 8.30pm and there was no options for food or drinks available. also asked for reception to replace used tea bags and were advised they don’t do roomservice.

Bathroom very tired needs update, floor and walls dirty. Needs a total refurbishment!! Showering in bath dangerous to get in and out of. We required extra blankets as it is very cold now. Only one in cupboard. Definitely NOT beach front !!!
