AustraliaMany things. The room is very tired and outdated. We paid for an oceanfront room and were put at the end of the building where we had an ocean glimpse and a lot of trees in front of us. Paint on the skirting boards was peeling. I am a repeat customer and expect to be treated better

AustraliaNo heating in our room. Heater wasn't working. When I checked in no warning. Travelling with my family with a 3.5 year old and 9 month old baby and having no heater in winter wasn't acceptable. We raised this issue and staff advise that they can give us extra blankets or portable heater. We opted for the portable heater. As a result of this we didn't sleep properly due to kids couldn't settle with inconsistent room temperature and waking up several times with a dried throat. All we could hear is doors banging and thumping, couldn't get to sleep. We did complain about the heating and the manager upgraded us to a room with heating which was good. Spacious and and not noisy. Good sleep until we had to evacuate the at 630am for a fire alarm. Beautiful location, restaurant was very nice but overall I won't be going back from bad experience.

AustraliaThe weather was extremely cold. The airconditioner did not work. They gave us a blow heater which was extremely noisy, there was no warm blankets on the bed, we literally froze the whole night and moved on the next day to port Macquarie.

AustraliaThere was very poor signage, particularly for at night to get to the carpark, we had to attend reception 3 times after the initial request for Directions as it was difficult to find, then the remote we were provided failed to open the garage entry door. The poor girl at reception was new and stated she had not been provided orientation to be able to direct us appropriately-she was very polite and apologetic and escalated our concerns to the manager who eventually assisted.
Space was good for what we needed.
