AustraliaVery tired and dated hotel that has seen better days. Pool area is looking shabby and unmaintained. Staff in the dining room at dinner wearing short bike gym shorts, which didn’t seem very professional or appropriate work attire. Just my opinion.
Great location, food at the onsite restaurant was good value for money.

AustraliaThe resort is older and some parts look a little dated. The pool area could have done with a gurney and we would have loved the poolside bar to have been open as it was a beautiful sunny day for our stay, but we understand that it was not peak season. We would love to come back in the summer :)
Opal Cove was a great stop off for us. We only stayed the one night on our way to the Gold Coast, but the room was spacious, modern and clean. Beds were very comfy. There was a balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the gorgeous views out to sea and the sound of waves breaking. The resort style pool is wonderful - my kids loved the slide! We paid $200 for a family room which we felt was very good value.

AustraliaI thought the Resort is looking tired - needs a re-paint, better facilities in the room, a bathroom curtain and chipped bath is a negative and no Foxtel or KAO is a big cross in this day and are.
