AustraliaThe clothes airer was small for a family unit and was broken and rusty. Plastic chairs on the rooftop were black and grey with mould. Cyclone Alfred's impending arrival spoilt our holiday with wild winds and cut it short for us as we decided to leave early.
The view was beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed.

AustraliaThe beds were terrible and the mattress protectors and blankets/bed covers were not clean. The carpet is very dirty and needs to be replaced or removed. The kitchen was not very clean. There were also several maintenance issues that needed addressing. Parking is very difficult for other vehicles and the construction across the road was very noisy from 6am.
View was amazing. Location was great.

AustraliaA little attention to detail around the apartment would make a big difference such as thicker curtains in bedroom (sun direct in morning) gap in carpet to main bedroom to balcony to name a few. Whilst these only small cosmetic changes - they make the stay homely and comfortable. There is no lift to property - and property is located on top floor - making carrying luggage a challenge but not impossible. Keys need to be collected from local rental agency in high street - if out of hours there is option to collect keys from local store (fee charged).
Excellent location and property has great views to local area. Location is close and walkable to shops including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and local shopping mall. Property is situated right on waterfront and beachfront walks to either Golden Beach or as far as Dicky's Beach via Kings Beach and Shelly's beach. Kitchen is fully equipped and be used for cooking inc dishwasher and full laundry Facilites. WIFI is good and plenty of blankets for when chill hits in evening.

AustraliaThe fact that you only get one fob (key). As this is a larger apartment it's likely that multiple people are staying who may not always leave or come back at the same time during the day. It was a lot of coordinating as to who should take the key and for others to call that person to let them back in. Other than that we loved our stay.
The space, cleanliness, view. Great value for money and perfect for 2 families to have a great weekend.

Australia*Tripping over sheet bags at front entrance and then made to makeup all beds. * Moldy ceiling in shower. *Difficult access into shower. * Horrible carpark for anything larger then a corolla. You have to contact one of the residents to shift their car or you'll likely hit it or complete a 50point turn. Easier to reverse into park, but their is shelving which makes you stick out or your unable to access the boot. * Uncomfortable old bed * Boring roof top that offers no reason to go up to it. * Small hot water system. Cold water after 3 shower. Not good for families in your family apartment. * Very old and dated unit * Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties Honestly, I work with people in housing commission and their places are more luxurious than this dump Images are not a true reflection of this place.
