Property is getting old but well maintained and comfortable.

The bad weather was the only downside but we still enjoyed a relaxing weekend and enjoyed eating out.

Good value roomy accommodation that’s been nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. I loved the kitchenette provided and the toiletry products.I like the fact the property still takes hygiene seriously with the provision of sanitiser stations.

Sound proofing between rooms isn’t great.

The hotel is half way between Fingal bay and Nelson’s bay so an easy walk in either direction. The rooms are very large. I dropped $10 on the stairs and came back to my room with a note and the money - incredible honesty from the cleaning staff who saw me leave my room.

Parking sometimes is a little squishy as we have a large car, and the mattress could have been a bit softer

Too far from shops and cleaning staff were very noisy when starting work very early. Unable to walk to shops for older people or people with disabilities.

Sound proofing between rooms.

The location was great for access to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. The size of the room was significantly bigger than most of the motels I have visited. The room was very clean and well maintained.

One towel was dirty and the curtains had mold on them.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The pool was kept clean and so relaxing to take a dip in. It's only a short walk to Little Beach to avoid parking fees near the beach.

My only real complaint would be that the air conditioner vent inserts were dusty and so the air-conditioner was not working at optimal efficiency until I took out the inserts the next morning and used the dry dish cloth to throuroghly wipe off the dust build up on both sides of the inserts. These should be checked and cleaned regularly. If I had a vacuum cleaner with the crevice cleaner tip, I'd have been able to do a better job like I do with my own at home. Hayfever the first night was not fun, but the cleaned vents meant the hayfever settled.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Sheets were very clean. And the rooms themselves appeared neat and tidy.

The place was clean with good amenities. Near Shoal Bay, Little Beach and Albora D’ Marina. Staff are friendly and approachable. In front of a Korean restaurant and near RSL.

The maintenance man, Owner? was an arse. Our two grandchildren (1 who has Autism) were playing in the pool. We were drinking wine in a glass, so didn't enter pool area, but Barbecue area that was directly in sight of kids. He came out from his own accomodation freaking out that the kids had slammed the glass gate. O.K., kids, be careful, close gate gently. 15 minutes later, freaking out again, to open the gates, they had lent on gate that could ruin hinges. Maintenance Man, speak to parents directly, in a civil tone, all you did was give us a very unpleasant experience.

Beds were comfy, location great, TV and beds were fantastic for us all to watch a movie.
