Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The floor tiles need a grout clean and toilet a bit old but can overlook that. We suggest adding salt and pepper sachets with tea and coffee sachets if possible as this makes self catering much easier. Next time maybe would not stay on a low floor by the pool as little kids are way too noisy and probably need a sign up asking for guests to consider other guests in close by rooms.
location was excellent. The main host was delightful, interested in our trip and helped with our zoo trip, and very helpful generally. easy to get to shops and restaurants and the Aquarium.

We paid a premium price for what turned out to be a very old and tired apartment. All the basics were there and it was clean, but that was it. The shower-head leaked and barely had any pressure, stove was barely functional, exhaust fans in bathroom and toilet didn’t work. Kitchen was poorly equipped, beach towels not provided - little extras that we’ve come to expect in our stays at other places for similar price. Once again the hosts were terrific but the property needs work.
The property managers were absolutely fantastic and truly went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They were always friendly and we felt so welcome - thanks so much.

The only issue was that the sheer curtain leading on to the balcony was rather grubby.

needs some minor maintenance here and there but reception were receptive when we mentioned the few things. plantation shutters from bedroom into rest of room, glass wall between bedroom and bathroom, and the ineffective wooden blinds on windows meant so much light came into the bedroom even at night (must be bright street lights) which is not great if you need dark to sleep. kitchen a little small but did the job, no face washers and not enough towels for the number of guests (probably could have been solved if we asked reception so probably part our fault).
very clean and tidy, excellent location close to everything, nice view, bed very comfy, fairly well equipped kitchen, quiet at night, easy and secure parking.

Cleanliness. There was still rubbish under TV cabinet. My child's bed had a stain on it like a previous child had wet the bed. I thought it was my child however when I went to strip the bed found the mattress protector underneath white and the sheet dry. The blanket in cupboard had dust on it. Not really good, when people will want blankets extra with winter. No face washers in the bathroom. We have little kids and use these.
Location was great. It was walking distance for everything we needed.

Kitchen adequate but difficult to use oven. Knobs very stiff to move. Microwave and oven dangerous without oven mits.

We loved the location. We parked the car and we’re able to walk to restaurants, the surf club and the wharf area. The view from the balcony was great. My husband loved the bed - it was very comfortable.

The unit we were in was old and shabby. The shower is over a bath with a fixed shower head so not safe for older people or people with balance issues.
The location of the property was fantastic. Walking distance to the beach eateries and shops.
