The location was perfect close to the beach and Surf Club. Lovely clean apartments, small complex easy security parking, and in a quiet location views of the beach. The managers are very friendly and helpful we had a great stay.

The apartment lacks any sound proofing so you hear every sound from the street. Also no decent blinds so it is very bright early

The apartment was old and not up to standard. Poor quality ie only 2 Wine glasses…cheap toilet paper…cheap crockery and cutlery…old towels and small TV with no access to YouTube…the bathroom is in need of an upgrade.. the Pool area needs a paint and the tiles a good clean.

The bathroom was terrible. Outdated and the shower over the spa bath was dangerous. The door from the bedroom hit the toilet seat on going i. Very dilapidated with no fresh towels and no service over a 7 night stay. If I am coming from abroad how can I be expected to bring or buy cleaning materials?

THE ROOM WE WERE IN WAS NOT AS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. IT WAS MUCH OLDER IN THE BATHROOM WITH OLD WORN TAP FITTINGS & BATHROOM. WEBSITE SHOWS A NICE NEWER BATHROOM WITH A MODERN BASIN SITTING UP ON TOP OF THE BENCH ETC. 2ND BEDROOM WAS VERY SMALL IN THE 2 BEDROOM UNIT. OVERALL THE UNIT WAS AGED & NOT AS SHOWN. BED WAS SHORT SHEETED FOR SOME REASON, THAT MEANS THE BOTTOM SHEET ONLY REACED 2 THIRDS THE WAY DOWN OF THE BED. (QUITE STRANGE). BATHROOM TOWELS SEEMED OLDER AS THEY WERE QUITE ROUGH TO USE NEED SOME NEW ONES. ALSO NOT MUCH IIN THE WAY OF A SPARE TOWLEL OR PILOOWS ETC. BEDROOM TV WAS MINISCUAL & WAS THAT OLD IT COULD NOT EVEN HOOK UP TO ANY STREAMING SERVICE.

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT VERY CLOSE TO MOOLOOLABA SURF CLUB AS WELL AS THE MAIN STRIP WHICH HAS ALL YOUR EATERIES & COFFEE SHOPS. ALSO CLOSE TO THE WHARF WHICH HAS A COUPLE OF PUBS & FOOD SPOTS.

No tea towel, face washer, tissues. Floors need major clean. Curtains show dirt and mould. Lights have insulation/dirt showing. Aircon needs more outlets. Cords dangling on ground under small TV. Microwave too high, difficult to reach and remove dishes safely. Woken at 5.38am by works outside to remove plants. For $250 a night expect more. Toilet and lounge chairs too low. Doors to main bedroom not suitable. Apartment needs renovating.

Handy to local shops, beach and entertainment. Good parking. Pleasant staff.

Furniture in this particular room wasn’t disability friendly.

Location was great. The lady manager was amazing. We had concerns about our room which we didn’t consider when we booked. My husband had a disability and using a walking stick and so the furniture wasn’t disability friendly in our opinion for him to be able to Get out of the chairs / lounge they were very low to the ground. The lady was wonderful when We said we couldn’t stay and refunded our money due to our reason
