Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bit noisy from mine vehicles starting up early in the morning.
We have stayed several times when visiting from south west. Convenient to where we wanted to be and great access to hotel for meals.

The toilet door was broken and wouldn't close. We were then moved to another room where the shower head was broken. The dishes in the kitchen were not cleaned properly. The secured parking out the back, which is why I've continued to book the Albion when ever we go to Kal has been over run by mining trucks.

Small glitch but TV only had SBS - sure this was a simple.antenna issue - caught up.on my favourite cooking shows!
Rooms are spacious, clean, showers were hot, beds very comfortable. Will stay here evety time I visit for work or.leisure next time in Kalgoorlie/Boulder. Restaurant menu looked amzing too

Don't stay anywhere else! Jason was super helpful to us, as was Alicia with some challenges we had. Room was clean and the bistro has good food. Right in downtown Boulder in Historic Burt St. and the bus to Kalgoorlie leaves right outside the door. All great.

Not much really. A sharp knife would be helpful in the kitchen. A new battery in the clock. Dining table was a little rickety.
The family room ( which was more like a self-contained unit) far exceeded my expectations. The bedroom had its own TV and a/c. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was good, plenty of room. There was a single bed in the main room (kitchenette/dining/living room). The kitchenette had everything you need. A full sized fridge and stove/oven and microwave, toaster and kettle. All the basic utensils are supplied. There is also a pool and laundry facilities. There are breakfast boxes and packed lunches available to purchase. WIFI is available but it's limited. The staff are professional and friendly form the check-in manager to the cleaning staff (we stayed 2 nights and they replenished the tea/coffee supplies and offereddry towels). The location is in the heart of Boulder. Walking distance to most sites on the main street. We will most definitely stay here again 👍👍

Everything is perfect, no complaints.
Fantastic place to stay.. Amazing staff. I forgot my laptop and other valuables after checking out and they were kind enough to call me and reminded me of them.. Such a great place.. hard to get a booking sometimes (which explains how good this place is..)

Mattress a little uncomfortable to what we are used to and hot chocolate could be offered as a substitute for those that don’t drink tea or coffee
Layout of room and cleanliness of the room was fantastic. The location was well suited to our needs for the weekend and there was minimal noise that we could hear from our room.

The gate for parking will be closed at 8pm for security reasons but that is okay.
Overall it is okay, the rooms are quite big and room service is done everyday, which is quite satisfying. Rooms are equipped with fridge and microwave which is an extra.

Possibly supply mattress toppers for elderly customers. Otherwise I think the staff have everything covered.
Loved the room and always spotlessly clean. Had meals in the hotel and always enjoy them. At my time of life I am fussy about beds (arthritis) so to me the beds were not very comfortable but because we will come again I will come prepared for my own comfort with a mattress topper. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Being a Boulder girl I like to come back now and then to see my sons who live there. The Albion is great value for money and easily accessible to meals etc
