There was mould on most of the curtains, the couch/sofa bed was not stripped prior to our arrival and only 4 towels provided for 5 people booking.

The hosts were amazing. Very accommodating and pleasant. They could help with absolutely everything that we asked with a smile. And watching the sunset from the roof top was the perfect way to end the day.

The location is fantastic, with everything at your door step, or a short stroll along the beach. The room was spacious, very clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend away from the kids, oh and a lovely huge spa bath to relax in. The service was a 10/10, we had an issue with our TV and Ross went far and beyond to rectify the problem. Thanks again guy's, Gaz and I will definitely be back.

There's nothing we didn't like - we did quietly muse that the building is maybe looking a bit tired and is perhaps due for a freshen up.

We felt comfortable as soon as we walked into the apartment (unit 20) which was super clean and well presented - even the cutlery drawers were neatly laid out, a small but appreciated detail that showed the level of care given. The beds were very comfortable, with good, crisp linen. The lounge suite was also very comfortable - we both have dickey backs so this was a big plus for us. There was plenty of hot water, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed watching the world go by from the balcony of the lounge and main bedroom and loved the views up and down the coast. I generally like quiet but the noise that drifted up from the roadway when the sliders were open never bothered me at all - it was part of the vibe of being there. We didn't mind that the pool wasn't heated either - it was more than warm enough for us Kiwis - pool then spa (and repeat) is the way to go. Check the drawer under the coffee table for games and books. We particularly liked the location. It's a beautiful stretch of beach to left or right of the resort and the boardwalk is a real asset for the region - we walked either to Mooloolaba or Maroochydore, most days - about 20 - 30 minutes one way for each, depending. Of course, there is heaps to see along the way and the beaches to divert you. Behind the resort is a lake with attractive lawns and shrubbery - well worth a stroll if you just want a 15 - 20 minute round trip constitutional. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes (all the cafes do good coffee) round about, and a grocery store a block away. Buses run everywhere from nearby stops and are cheap as chips. You'll need a Go card to ride the buses and you can buy one at the Lotto shop by Coles supermarket - or google the Maroochydore retailers. We appreciated the friendly managers, and their professional care... we had a slight issue with a bathroom door and they came 30 minutes back from their home to fix it straight away. Top marks.

Doors needed to be closed during peak times as traffic noise was very intrusive in our unit which faced the Esplanade. No security screens on windows in 2nd bedroom.

Sea views! Well equipped kitchen Plenty of cupboard space in b'rooms 2 TV's so no arguments about programs!

Car parks are so small we had to fold the side mirrors on our cx5 and passenger had to get out beforehand.

Our 2 bedroom apartment had large spacious rooms with fabulous beach / ocean views. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved the big triangle spa bath. Great to watch the terrific skills of the skateboarders in the excellent purpose built facility over the road, near the Alexander Headland Surf Club. Location is a pleasant stroll in either direction along the beach to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore surf clubs. 5 minute drive to huge Sunshine Plaza shopping mall. Good Central location for day trips.
