Everything was fine but the advertised wi-fi, when you connected to it said you were connected to the wi-fi but there was no internet. But other than that had no problems. Thanks.

The WIFI did not work. The kitchen window needs a roller blind installed to stop the morning sun glaring through, right where the open plan sleeping space is. Also, at night, the light from upstairs shone in throught the frosted french door front entrance. Instead of turning off the neighbouring guests light upstairs twice, perhaps the doors could be rectified to stop light coming in? The dining table only had two chairs, needed a least a 3rd chair for my two young boys and I. Limited crockery eg. Only one bowl for three people. Needed some plates too.The tea cups were very small. Larger mugs or a teapot would have made a difference. Some kind of basic coffee granules would have been appreciated. And a sponge. Oh my goodness the 45° angle driveway! That was almost fun driving up, but not for the faint hearted! Definitely need to be able to navigate the steps. You'll need a car to get to this place.

The view! Cosy carpet, spacious, good hot water flow, comfortable queen bed. A kitchen to cook. A fold out single bed was made and set up for one of my young children. We were in the downstairs part of the house. Upstairs, other tourists stay in individual rooms. There is a washing machine to use. Outside, spotted a kangaroo early one morning. It would've been a good place to read a book in peace.

Entrance is not for disabled persons also need to mention how tough to get public transport. Stairs are more issue for older people.

View of the mountain and Bay Area were great and quiet. Comfort bed, kitchen area.

No tea towels! A television even in the living area would be good. A radio too perhaps. Once in your room you should be able to close the door when you leave to use the bathroom etc and not have to re-enter the password each time you want to access the room -remembering an 8diget pass word is not easy. Perhaps having ironed pillow cases would be good - the bed was good but not a lot of care and personal touches.

Would have been lovely to have some tea and coffee available. Maybe some face washers, extra towels. Was a very relaxing staff and such beautiful views. Will definitely consider coming and staying again.

There was some left over rubbish/litter in the garden. Perhaps a bin could be placed there to help stop people litter.

My daughter & I had the ground floor apartment which had a spacious living room with double bed & sofa bed, as well as a desk. There was a handy small kitchen & toilet/shower room too, so we didn't need to use the communal space upstairs. Our favourite aspect was the beautiful water view of Hobart harbour!

Very steep stair and feel dangerous when carry the heavy luggage, room was not clean properly, noisy from outside as sharing facilities with other that’s not mention in booking.com

The room and bathroom was not properly cleaned. The balcony was not cleaned for a while.

This is a not Luxury. Ir is a shared house, have 3 rooms with keys and you share the other areas. The bed was comfortable and the view is really beautiful.

The driveway was super steep but ok. Sharing the house with other people was new for me but ok too. Maybe a tv in the house would have been good.

The Views were amazing and all instructions for getting the key was good.

For the location, as the car cannot park near the house and the slope angle is too large, then the luggage cannot easy move to house as well. If the car can parking outside near the house is perfect.

The several scorpion visitors (really need to do pest control). We really needed teatowells and body towells, bathmats etc, probably need to look at the lower level electricity for extra capacity so the fuse doesn't trip. The driveway is crazy...! Walk up only.

very steep driveway, difficult to take cases up to room. No tea towel or dish cloth in kitchen .Some crockery was dirty and we had to wash before use. No towel rail or toilet roll holder in bathroom. Advertised washing machine was actually a dryer, which didn’t work.

The shower had heaps of mould, there were spider webs everywhere. The iron was dirty and wrecked a shirt.

The steps were a little daunting. At 69 years old it was not a nice or easy way to reach my bedroom. Thankfully it wasn't raining 😑 and there was no light over either set of steps. I had to use my phone light to see my way up. And no hand rail on the steps beside the house . I didn't feel very safe going up or down to the street. No bedside light, only overhead lights.

The views were fantastic .
