I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience. Despite having made advance bookings, our disappointment began on the day of arrival around 11 am when we received a call informing us that the reserved room was not ready. The landlord proposed an alternative in his other property, which involved sharing the space with eight other groups, and the location was completely different from what we initially booked. This late notification left us shocked, and due to time constraints, we reluctantly accepted the landlord's offer without exploring other options in the market. Regrettably, we received no check-in information until approximately 5 pm, despite our persistent follow-ups through text messages. Upon arriving at the suggested alternative location, our disappointment deepened as the property was poorly maintained and did not meet the standards we had expected based on our original booking. In summary, we are displeased with the landlord's irresponsible behavior throughout this ordeal.

Bed sheets and pillow covers looked like they'd slept in. Bed looks like it was made by a 5 yr old. Tv absolutely useless. Has antenna point in wall yet nothing plugged in. No curtain on kitchen window. Look it was good but could be far superior with little things attended to.

The location is best to reach with a car so be aware of that.

When we arrived there were big bags of rubbish in driveway. The “bungalow” (which is a huge room downstairs with private bathroom & kitchen) was dirty. Toe nail clippings on carpet . Stove top dirty. Long black hair in shower drain/grate. No toilet roll holder or towel rails. No hand towels, just two very thin new towels, no tea towel. View is beautiful but windows very dirty (inside and out) . Very steep driveway - can walk up stairs but need to park on street & take luggage up. absolutely not suitable for elderly or disabled users. New Smart TV but no Aerial connection, so couldn’t tune in to local stations. All in all a very bad experience. seems to be managed from overseas - no local contact except very inexperienced house keeper, who didn’t even know what a tea towel was!

Bed was comfy. Good shower. Beautiful view over Harbour below. Very quiet and peaceful inside and out.

Entry: extremely steep drive which you need a 4 wheel drive to get up. Would be impossible to get up or down with a pram. Toddler almost fell down the slope. Entrance is not private. Steps and entrances to other accommodation right outside the room. Other guests banging the door closed throughout the evening, keeping our toddler awake. Door is also glass so light from other guests comes into the room when you're trying to sleep. Soundproofing: consists of draught excluders under the door. Could hear other guests word for word. Coffee machine: was 2 sachets of Nespresso Fully equipped kitchen: a few (dirty) utensils. We bought some of our own and left them there. Tea towel was wet and dirty and thrown under the sink. Dish cloth had food stuck to it. One small bin liner provided King size bed: is a double. It was also broken. Separate bedroom: non existent. This is a studio apartment. Washer: non existent. Only a sink for hand washing but no powder provided. Dryer: blew the electrics when used and was told by the property manager not to use it when we reported it Bathroom: shower screen leaks all over the floor. No toilet roll holder, no towel rail, no hand towel provided. Half a roll of toilet paper for 3 days for 3 guests. Sofa bed: is just a sofa, with no additional sheets WiFi: awful. Devices struggle to connect to it. Smart TV wont load shows. Dishwasher: non existent Outdoor dining area: concrete patio with no chairs or table Not sure how this is allowed on booking.com when there is so much false information on the listing.

The pillow and the odour inside the whole room. From previous tenant very strong. I was not able to sleep also with the pillow provided. I book for 2 nights and move out in the morning rebook hotel

Everything the fridge had very old stuff in it and it stunk very bad the milk had separated and turn to water

The driveway is dangerous gradient too steep and if one car is parked at the top you would get run into, due to the blind corner at the top Many many stairs to carry your luggage up. Cleanliness is not the best and there was a severe leak from the toilet all over the floor

Unfortunately no staff to talk with , no fan , no fridge or TV …. This property should be advertised in air Band B not with the hotel and motel accommodation!! Very disappointing from the missleading of the description. Too much money for nothing!!!!!

The room was not clean on arrival, a cleaner arrived quickly but only vacuumed and replaced towel and removed a rubbish bag, the whole room was not clean, the bedding was not changed, shower toilet kitchen laundry fridge and lounge room very dirty dust, mould on windows smelt bad and another cleaner turned up the next day at 8:40am checkout not until 11am. No tv house not arranged and set up

Terrible experiance. I booked 2 room for my family but when we reached there ,1 room not even clean. So we need to call the support and need to wait 4 hours to take room. The guest downstair too noise and we cant sleep until 2 am. Never come back.

I arrived and didn't feel safe so contacted Booking.com to ask for a refund (still waiting to hear from the accommodation). I booked another place in a hotel for that night and stayed there instead.

Well thought out accommodation with amazing views (as advertised). We didn't mind that we were sharing the place with other guests, they were respectful of noise and space, but also friendly. I think going into a shared accommodation environment, you can expect the small talk with other travellers.

Disappointed there was no tv in room , not even in shared loungeroom. No nice toiletries, hand towels or facewashers. Also thought there would be tea, coffee n milk.
