There were no bedlamps, no iron accessible, hard pillows, thin towels, only 2 teabags supplied for 3 night stay, no tv, help number did not reply whenn i rang, not luxury

to say this place is anything close to “luxury” is so far from the truth. there were honestly so many things wrong with this place!! firstly, it wasn’t clean. At all. there was no hand soap when I arrived - just a huge and totally empty sukin bottle, which they didn’t refill until the next day. then, the curtain was broken so it didn’t close properly. there was also no curtain at all in the kitchen area, so it was extremely bright in the mornings (and at night), and it also meant there was no privacy when walking from the main bedroom area to the bathroom (you have to pass the kitchen). the lock on the door was so flimsy and always got stuck - took me several minutes each time opening or locking. and the doors to the rest of the “house” were semi-transparent.

The house was very dirty. The power wasn't working.. we had to phone to find out our room number we weren't told we had to share until after we paid. Not great as had to climb steps and stairs

No response from the owner No transparency as this come across as a resort type vibe, however it is a residential house with rooms allocated. I felt very uncomfortable.

It was not clear that we would be sharing a house with others.. There is no response from the owner to express concerns or ideas or to even discuss further.

The driveway was too steep to drive up. The concrete stairways to the property are dangerous and slippery. I needed assistance up and down, I was in Hobart to see the surgeon for back surgery and this property was unsuitable for me. The taxi driver wouldn't drive up. Was very difficult to transfer my luggage up the concrete stairs.

The views were amazing, the house was well appointed and lovely to stay in.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Glorious views. Tidy. Comfortable. Plenty of warmth and comfortable bed. No TV but made me appreciate the amazing view of Hobart.

It was not as advertised - things were falling apart, incomplete and improperly cleaned. Stains on the bedsheets, towel rail falling off, mould around the shower. Shared entrance when it was advertised to be private; light poured in from upstairs and affected our sleep. No soundproofing as advertised - could hear when guests upstairs showered and walked around. Wrong key code given, had to eventually call the owner to get in. No washing machine or outdoor dining area as advertised. No warning that the driveway would be so steep.

The front step way didn't have sensor or timer switch on driveway light. When come back at night very dark very damage walking back to property. Also coffee, sugar and towels only supply for one night we are stayed 2 night. Need to maintenance the toilet paper holder and towels holder.
