The breakfast set up was very confusing, maybe all the spreads and butter should be near the toaster. And maybe the milk near the coffee. Although the hotel is always a pleasure to stay at!

When you arrive in the middle of the night and have pre-paid the room, it shouldn't be necessary to spend 15 minutes in reception doing repetitive paperwork that could have been done electronically during the booking process. Also really not impressed at being charged a $100 deposit on top of the booking fee!!! Was told at checkout that the refund would be processed within 24hrs but 3 days later still no refund. Would definitely reconsider staying here again because of the check in hassle.
Rooms are spacious and very clean, comfy bed. Kitchenette is better appointed than most hotels and has a decent selection of tea, coffee, sugar and milk - no international roast! Light breakfast included which is good value.

The ease of booking and finding the Hotel. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome. This is now my go to Hotel anytime I visit Darwin, apart from if my daughter returns to Darwin to live.

Great value and throw in a free breakfast with gluten and lactose free options at no extra cost! All staff were very friendly - but we have to say the cleaning staff need a pay rise they do so well!

Cleaning was light very light with a child minimum cleaning occur over 8 days and you have to pay extra for changing of linen only one change. We had to change rooms they put a big family next to us who were very noisy so we changed at 10.30pm room walls are thin. It was OK stay for the price
The King room was nice and comfortable bed and location was in the city and the price was good.

This hotel is in a good location. Not in the centre but close enough to walk there. Very reasonable compared to other hotels in Darwin, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I will always stay there if possible.
