We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

you can walk a couple of blocks to Woolworths and buy food, drive to the waterfront and have multiple restaurants to choose from , secure parking if you paid for it ... which was important to us

AustraliaWe also stayed for 2 nights over New Year and were advised that there wouldn't be any servicing of the rooms during public holidays. Wasn't great having soggy towels & no servicing for 3 days.
We had a lovely stay in our clean, comfy and quiet 2 bed room. Complimentary breakfast was great, underground parking very convenient (for additional $9 per night) and 24 hour reception was great.

AustraliaThe large armchairs in the room were too heavy to lift and move so you had to push them on the floor which made a horrendous noise - you need to put felt or something on the bottom of the chair feet - the hotel walls are paper thin so you could hear every single time someone moved one of the chairs in their room. I could also hear the people in the room next to us having sex which was really awkward and embarrassing to have to explain to my 8 year old son

The continental breakfast offered was generous with types of breads, cereals, tea/coffee and juices. The WiFi was fast with no issues throughout my stay. There are pool and gym facilities however I did not have an opportunity to use or dine in the restaurant for dinner
