Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the pool was smaller than I imagined, that being said it has a spa and people seemed. to be enjoying themselves and that is probably what matters
you can walk a couple of blocks to Woolworths and buy food, drive to the waterfront and have multiple restaurants to choose from , secure parking if you paid for it ... which was important to us

front garden was not clean or attractive. improvement will do the hotel good. the smell as you enter front reception wasn’t very nice. have no idea where that smell comes from.

Only 3 out of 4 washing machines available, but 2 of the 3 are extremely dirty with lots of mould, literally not usable.
Good comfortable room with 24/7 staff available on site. Breakfast is simple but good enough for the value. Overall good accomodation.

We also stayed for 2 nights over New Year and were advised that there wouldn't be any servicing of the rooms during public holidays. Wasn't great having soggy towels & no servicing for 3 days.
We had a lovely stay in our clean, comfy and quiet 2 bed room. Complimentary breakfast was great, underground parking very convenient (for additional $9 per night) and 24 hour reception was great.

The large armchairs in the room were too heavy to lift and move so you had to push them on the floor which made a horrendous noise - you need to put felt or something on the bottom of the chair feet - the hotel walls are paper thin so you could hear every single time someone moved one of the chairs in their room. I could also hear the people in the room next to us having sex which was really awkward and embarrassing to have to explain to my 8 year old son

Unfortunately I had to change rooms due to a horrible smell in my original room like mould or the air-conditioning filters were not clean.
The continental breakfast offered was generous with types of breads, cereals, tea/coffee and juices. The WiFi was fast with no issues throughout my stay. There are pool and gym facilities however I did not have an opportunity to use or dine in the restaurant for dinner

Room doors are not sound/noise proof and you can clearly listen whats going on outside. The door between rooms is not noise proof as well.
Property was clean and easy access to the room through lift was indeed amazing.

Nothing, all good.
Clean, modern room with city views. Spacious with air conditioning. The hotel staff were helpful in providing information, and lent us towels for one of our excursions. Breakfast was nice, with gluten-free options.

Convenient location walking Distance from the bus terminal ,shopping centre and water front. Very comfortable bed and the buffet breakfast is very nice. I dined out in the Thai restaurant on location which is very good and convenient.
