Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was badly designed with lots of 'kitchen style' cupboards but no appliances other than a fridge and kettle and very little in the way of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses. Fresh fruit at breakfast rather than canned in syrup fruit would be a plus and the coffee was just OK. The 'pool' seemed not much bigger than 2 bathtubs and not really in a pleasant location next to the dining room. Fair amount of noise at night during our stay, part of which was apparently due to a plumbing problem in the building.
Clean and comfortable. Would have preferred more space in the bathroom and storage for clothes rather than a fairly useless kitchen space. Location reasonable.....15 mins walk to Darwin main center. Continental breakfast was adequate but definitely a budget offering.

It appears that staff were very busy so occasionally we had to wait a long time for the room to be serviced. Had to ask for extra soap ect, the little sachets are very small so maybe you could put out more. The staff were very polite and helpful

First night, there were 4 roaches found & killed during the middle of the night :( Reported this to front desk, they notified housekeeping & we thankfully saw no roaches after that!
Good continental breakfast each morning with great hours starting at around 05:30 & lasting till around 10. View of water was nice & location central business district was good. Only 7.5 miles to the airport.

It's about 15/20 minute walk to waterfront precinct restaurants which was fine but when very hot a bit far.
Great hotel with friendly staff, good air conditioning and breakfast variety.

Didn’t like the situation of the pool. If you wanted an early morning swim, people at breakfast can view you swimming. The same in the evening when you wanted a swim people can view you at dinner. I felt it wasn’t private enough from the Breakfast/dining room.
It was a good location to Darwin City (10minute walk. Plenty to eat at Breakfast time. The rooms were serviced almost every day except Sundays. The reception staff always ready to help.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast included was of a good standard with a variety of cereals, breads, spreads, milks and yogurt offered. There was a small restaurant on the premises offering meals at a reasonable price which was prepared fresh and was of a good standard. This made it easy to have a meal after a long day exploring Darwin.

Iight breakfast felt like Groundhog Day with no changes in any items during each of the total of the six days that we stayed in two different rooms. Suggest some changes to the canned fruit items every couple of days instead of the same canned fruit salad everyday. Also tiled floors in the bathrooms were dirty from not being cleaned with floor cleaning fluid and tiled floors in the room were not vacuum cleaned regularly.

Hire car was damaged by parking out on Shepherd St that required me to change over hire car and then add cost to my trip with paid parking underneath building
Room was on Lvl 7 with a nice view SE and was clean. Breakfast was light and hit the spot.
