The pool was very small with not enough chairs and brollies . The bar and restaurant was not open in the daytime on Sundays so if you left to eat you lost your chair .

Excellent location within walking distance of shops , train station and pier Breakfast was ok if you ordered the fresh fried or poached eggs .

I have no complaints, however I did travel with a group from interstate, and they found that the staff were friendly however were not able to provide them with information on getting around the city, for instance, when they asked for information on how to catch the free city Cat bus service the reception staff had never heard of it. The only other feedback to offer is that a few of my friends found the pillows to high for there comfort and the hotel was not able to offer them another option. Therefore they did not sleep well.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location great. The restuarant and bar area is a lovely well decorated space.

I could not find fault with the hotel.

The hotel was amazing exceptionally clean. Rooms were large and spacious all areas of the hotel were lovely. The small pool area was very welcome.

Would have been convenient for the door between the rooms to be able to stay open or include a door stopper in the room. Pool is small compared to the number of hotel guests and bathrobes would have been nice to make the stay extra special.

Interconnecting room was very spacious and clean. Closet was a decent size and also had a shelf for shoes. Didn't try room service but the menu had variety and looked reasonably priced.

Didn't like the pillows at all...they're ridiculous. Didn't like that there was no water in the room to drink....2 basic bottles of water would suffice....shouldn't have to call for room service And parking at the end...we were given wrong info re the rate and regarding the exit procedure of putting in original ticket followed by the second ticket purchased from the hotel. Could have been simply explained like this but was not.

We liked the parking being ample and close. A shame not included in the rate. Brekky was decent and the pool was nice and clean and stayed open until 10pm

Pool is in the centre of dining area. Didn't use it as felt to exposed to other guests or outside patrons just there for a drink or meal.
