The room lacked some amenities for a family stay, there were no teaspoons for eating a yoghurt or mini breakfast in the room. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, very narrow and the pillows too high.

The location was perfect, we parked up the car and walked everywhere, it's so central! The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the pool was open until 10pm for a cooling dip after a hot day of sightseeing. The view was great from the higher floors and the block out curtains let you sleep in past 7am

Only strange thing was the way they made the bed so the bottom sheet didn’t cover the mattress and your feet touched the bare mattress. Maybe they need to invest in some king sized sheets!

Fantastic location, very helpful staff, our interconnecting rooms with the kids were great. Hotel has a great vibe. Pool was nice to cool off after a long day out. Convenient being able to park close for reasonable price.

Pool is quite misleading. As you get to the restaurant section it is a lot smaller than the photo.

Bedroom was good size and bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the bathrobes and Appelles bath products.

Very small room for the price. Small lobby with few chairs. Room was not serviced everyday. No Complimentary water bottles were offered (very common in other hotels).

Baha within the hotel is fantastic for a meal, breakfast or quick drink. The artwork is also amazing and watching the biography of the artist was really interesting. Great location to nearby cafes, bars and the lovely King Street.

Generally cleanliness around common areas and pool was just okay, but poor maintenance, needs a good clean / renovation to fix tiles, grout etc which is an eye sore and slightly dangerous.

Rooms were spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Services are very good and staff friendly and welcoming. Room service was great with towels cleaned everyday.

The pool is unfortunately a little small for the many guests and getting a spot on the comfy pool chairs is a bit of a gamble - we have been lucky but others not so much.

We had a great room, lovely staff and generally a very good time. Located in CBD, we were easily everywhere in basically no time. We are greatful for the staff‘s local recommendations and their great service!

Nothing to be honest, it fully met my expectations for the price

No breakfast included in this deal but plenty of breakfast venues in the area at a much cheaper rate. There’s no parking but there’s a very large commercial car park behind the property that cost $10 per evening at the weekend which the hotel would charge $25 for so book your own. The pool was great for dipping in but not really for the fitness people who like to do laps

Easy access to all the city. The hotel is quiet; clean, stylish and modern, it definitely feels 5star. The beds are comfy but more pillow options would have been gd(they’re too big). Other than that we had a lovely stay.
