Breakfast was very good - there were many choices to suit everyone in our family. The dinner menu was not as satisfying but we still managed to make a selection, however we take into account that our age is different in taste to the modern cuisine.

Lots of eateries & cafes nearby. Centrally located so could access North and South Perth easily via car. Hotel was clean, room was quiet, bar/pool area was great to take the laptop down to and have a drink while doing some work. Adjoining car park was super handy as I had a rental car.

The location can be a little isolated with security concerns late at night if you are walking back to your hotel. During the weekend there isn't much activity around this location.

It was a comfortable hotel in Perth CBD with good facilities and a great bar to have a drink before or after a night out or just to relax after the day. The reception staff were present and helpful at every interaction.

The carpet was pre stained room 1510. I did get very worried that I would be charged for it (I wasn’t)

Bathroom not spotless upon check-in. Pool unusable in the morning following a party the night before. Breakfast mediocre. Asked me more than once when/if my husband would be joining me.

Pool area wee bit small on hot days, fills up fast. However location thr the bar is excellent.

By the end of the week the breakfast wasn't stocked up so if you were later you missed some items eg/ mixed fruit for yoghurt etc. Nothing else really, this is a very good hotel.

Caring staff, great bar/restaurant. Clean pool, great room. COMFY BED. Breakfast booked via reception $25 or just walk in for $30. Good value for money. Bar/restaurant/pool doesn't belong to hotel it's call HYDE on 1st floor, but is so accessible for hotel guests and public alike. Drink prices definitely on par with other CBD bar/restaurants. Located on Hay St in CBD. So central to shopping Malls and easy walk to harbour makes this hotel perfect for all levels of fitness.

The pillows they were way to high. On my second night the staff got me another pillow but 2 hours after I asked and I was already asleep at 11pm by the time they brought it up. Other then that it was fantastic.
