The sheets did not fit the bed and at night the sheets would move all over the place, it was very annoying and created an uncofortable sleep even though the mattress was comfortable.

Good Location, size of the room was great, very clean, bathroom size layout and decor was great. Pool area was nice.

Fantastic pool and restaurant/bar, staff are incredibly friendly and helped store our luggage. The room itself was generously sized, clean and modern. We stayed in a nearby hotel beforehand and now wished we would have stayed with The Adnate for longer!

Wifi was really bad. The pool is too small for a hotel of this size and we always struggled to get a seat by the pool. The tv in the room did not work, it did not offer any channels neither it was a smart tv. Room cleaning could be better.

The room and the view from the room were great. Breakfast was good. Excellent location. Friendly staff.

Parking ! Everywhere we go in Australia hotels and parking go hand in hand so if you're staying at a hotel there is some sort of parking sorted at a discount or free but in this case we had to find a car park daily at a 15 min walk or pay $25 per day next door at a Wilson Parking. But this is the only down side.

Superb Cleanliness and Comfortable beds we had two rooms and there was an issue with our first room...the staff were very responsive and got us another straight away very professional and friendly I cannot rave enough about them. The pool and restaurant had a great buffet for about $30 per person and great drinks. I will rate the Baha restaurant separately. The pool was clean and towels were available all the time. (Pool is some how part of the restaurant so you can't bring your own food next to the pool a little wired as we just had some fruit nothing major). Great Art pieces everywhere and the location was close to the city square all within 10min walking distance.

All staff that we met were exceptional. They were most helpful, friendly and nothing was a problem. The hotel is fabulous, beds very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean.

The area was a little further down Hay Street than the actual hub. Although it was still centrally located there were several vacant shops where homeless people were sleeping with rubbish scattered around which was unattractive ☹️

The Hotel was clean & comfortable. The pool & pool area was small, however it was nice to also have the bar & restaurant attached.

Everything was perfection.

Very stylish, large hotel rooms. We had the top floor, and we're facing the west side so the sunsets were amazing to watch. Bathroom size and lighting was great, shower pressure great. Comfortable bed, considering we stayed around Christmas time we did not wake to any partying or sirens. There isn't much anemities aka kitchenettes, however it's really simple to make do with what you have. We thought it would be an issue but it worked out very well. Also, to the lovely hotel receptionist who took care of us from beginning to the end of our stay, you were very professional, and amazing at your work. Most importantly thankyou to the cleaners who did a pristine job cleaning our room during our stay. You guys are the backbone of the business.
