A towelling robe to use after showering would have made a great spoil. Otherwise, I would not change a thing.

I did not make us of the breakfast on offer, as there were so many interesting places in the area to grab a quick bite to eat. Absolutely loved the location as it provided me with easy access to all the places of interest I wanted to be. The decor and artwork was superb! Loved it all.

The buffet breakfast was shocking! $50 for 2 people and it was probably the worst food I’ve eaten. It was cold and the scrambled eggs were awful!

From a 5 starts hotel, I'd expect a higher level of cleanliness. The bathroom wasn't very well cleaned. Coffee was provided but hadn't been refilled before our stay. Used coffee cups weren't changed on the first day.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and Staff. Great room, bed, layout. Only one small thing was significant dirt/ dust on the ceiling mounted air con unit, however other than that could not fault the room or anything else.

Great Art and character. Enjoyed a drink at the Hyde Bar on arrival and in the morning breakfast buffet was fantastic.

My only recommendation is to have a mug available in the room, I love to make a large tea and only had small tea cups. Although I know if I called reception they would have accommodated so a very minor thing.

Perfect location and very easy checking. I was worried arriving so late but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Free wifi and the ability to cast to the TV was a great bonus. Thank you.

Wifi had to be renewed, shame it wasn't based on stay length. Laundry was very expensive so used a launderette close by. Breakfast was good but variety could be improved.

Beds were a bit on the softer side.

Very spacious, modern rooms with good facilities. The staff are really warm, friendly and helpful with our requests. Location on Hay Street very convenient and easy to explore the city from - very close to food options, supermarket, Northbridge, shopping, public transport. Love the art theme and decoration across the hotel property. Pillows and linen very comfortable, and housekeeping staff very attentive and do a thorough clean.

Excellent location right in the city and walking distance to shopping, the Quay, Perth Royal Mint & more. Very comfortable bed and lovely modern rooms - loved all the artwork on the walls! Highly recommend!

The breakfast buffet was mediocre.

The location is perfect - central to city with easy access to bars and restaurants, without being too close. Overnight parking very close by. Easy to stream to the TV. Beds are so comfy and the rooms feel fresh, new and clean.

A very small thing, but there was some really loud thumping music I could hear on my first night probably coming from the street which couldn't be helped but other than that everything was perfect.

The breakfast was amazing. Loved having a bit of variety in the mornings. No real issues, a beautiful view of the perth cityscape, and incredibly helpful staff. Would stay again.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like it was a very pleasant stay.

It was clean ,comfortable and central to Perth city making it easy to get out and explore the city. The staff were warm and welcoming and happy to assist with any queries.
