Parking was a shocker. Most of the hotel has permanent residents with reserved parking. Not convinced the hotel should charge for hotel guest parking given how problematic it is

We had a great one night stay, hotel was perfect. Great location, close to the city. The staff were incredible and treated us with gifts when they found out we were celebrating our 5 year!

The staff were rude, uninformative, to say service was lacking is an understatement! Requested a parking space ....wasn't available. Asked for early check in where possible ....no response from the hotel to even discuss. When arriving at the hotel there is NO WHERE to pull in to organise check in etc. We were not from Brisbane and NOTHING was detailed to us as to what's close by or if the reception could be of any more help. We were advised parking down stairs .....if you find a park .....well done! You are 100% checking yourself ....in with zero support. We have a $100 deposit for incidentals, but this has still not been advised to us when and what time frame we are due this back!! Bed was too soft and We had a wonderful view of the rear car park .....Other than location dont stay here....

We only had one bowl and one plate but requested another set.

It was very spacious, and we were allowed early entry. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I loved the art work too! It was wonderful to have a convection oven also!

Bed was very comfortable and heaps of room very accessible and spacious. the facilities were very clean and mini kitchen was a great bonus I had surgery at the nearby hospital and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. will definitely stay again and looking forward to it. Vet easy access from car park and great for those requiring this.

our bathroom and room were grotty, mould in the bathroom and the exhaust fan above the toilet had huge chunks of dust hanging from it, the bathroom was in bad repair because the laminate on the vanity had peeled of and not been replaced and it was also impossible to turn off the shower, it didn’t just drip it drizzled out the entire time, the room has mould and stuff spilt down the wall and on the skirting board and the curtains looked like some sort of hands wiped on it or……

Carpark was very cramped and difficult to manoeuvre around. Businesses surrounding the hotel seem to be struggling - all the restaurants listed online were closed on a Saturday night.

Dryer didn’t work, phone didn’t work, no iron, no phone so couldn’t call room service or reception, ripped pillowcase.

The swimming pool is not heated-was cold to swim in winter. If there is a sheer curtain, it would make daytime more fun- enjoying sunshine while still keeping privacy.

The design and decoration is quite artistic; the room is super spacious with different function corners; the linen is extra comfy and the skin products smell gorgeous. The welcoming bar is very thoughtful-coffee machine and tea is high quality with yum biscuits to go with; room service is daily and responsive. The staff were welcoming and prepared a little surprise for my child, thank you! Bus 30 is just in front of the hotel making it convenient to travel to city. The outdoor swimming pool looks wonderful with lots of chair beds to enjoy sunbath.
