Had trouble initially with TV however staff came to our room within 2mins of request. Our error in using the remote.

Very bright airy room. The shower had massage pressure. Wheelchair accessible and easy to move around in room. Reception staff very welcoming and accommodating. Decor was very nice. Parking availability. Reception stored our baggage.

Shower head needs replacing- water sprays everywhere. Advertised parking but this is not the case- very few parks available and we had to park our car out in the street.

Clean and large room. The facilities in the gym where fantastic and great quality. We ate at a really lovely Italian restaurant close by, big supermarket around the corner. Would stay again.

Shower had zero pressure, and was a dribble of water. Bedrooms had no doors, one had a slide curtain. When I mentioned shower at checkout, there was no apology, they just made a note of it. View is of other balconies which is not the best when they are hanging out their washing etc.

Beds were comfortable, reasonable amount of space, close to the Torrens and Linear park for walking.

Perfect for my stay before finding my own property while in Adelaide for work. The hotel is just around the corner from an idyllic area of restaurants, cafes and shopping centre. Fantastic convenience.

Our Fridge was freezing everything and changing the thermostat made it either warm or back to frozen. It meant we wrecked a lot of the beautiful fresh produce we bought from the market. The dishwasher was also not cleaning things properly. As there was no cleaning/serivce we had to ask for rubbish bags and extra tea bags every day and empty our own rubbish. Our bathroom was really filthy after 5 nights and 4 people (as was the carpet). The apartment was much smaller than we expected meaning the second person in the double bed had no night table/light or place for a glass of water at night and very little space for our bags. Still the apartment was cute and had what we needed. It was just a bit cramped for 4 people.

Loved the beds! So comfortable. Very Spacious room and fantastic pool!!! Shopping facilities very close by and great restaurants too!!! Loved the green spaces around Walkerville. The rooms were very generous and balcony was a bonus. It was very close to the CBD. Would definitely come back again!

The only thing i didnt like was that the room air conditioner did not cope over the hot days. Although set at the lowest setting of 19, the coolest it got was 26. Very warm. Heat coming in from the blinds didnt help either. Corridors were also super hot. This made it a little uncomfortable for 2 of the 3 days.

Great facilities, rooms are spacious and clean, great facilities, kids lived the pool. Parking was easy around the area and shops only 2 mins walk which was great!

There were a couple improvement points: beach towels were not provided (probably forgotten) and the skin lotion bottle was empty and not replenished when asked (only after the second time someone came to refill it). Lastly, the overview of events in the lobby area was for the previous month, not the current month.

We had a lovely stay: the room size is pretty decent and the bed was divine. We really appreciated the personal message welcoming us and the nice temperature of the room when we arrived.

I was not expecting how lovely this building was going to be. The artwork was beautiful. My partner and I especially liked the block out blinds in the hotel room. We thought we woke up before sunrise it was so dark, but then realised it was 10am and the blinds were just really good. the view was beautiful. the bed was comfy. the kitchenette and A/C was great. Also free parking is always a bonus. Will be staying here again. Short distance to and from the city.

The cleaning wasn’t that great. The studio appartments don’t have opening windows. Also rather pricey for what you get.

Great location and the parking was good. Loved the balcony room that we stayed in the first time but not so much the studio apartments. Comfortable beds.
