We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur room was not clean, the sheets and towels were stained, carpets filthy and cutlery/crockery/cookware was all filthy. The blinds don’t cover the whole span of the windows, letting a lot of light in. Not ideal for travelling with young children.
The location was about the only good thing about this property - lovely views and close to good coffee and supermarket.

AustraliaCar parking was a bit of an issue with none available during the day in the designated area. There may hve been a meeting on at the venue which took up the car park. I have a large 4x4 and sometimes find it difficult to find a suitable park.
We were very happy with the light and airy room. There was more natural light in the room than we had on a previous visit due to the location of the room. The location was very good in terms of access to a appointment I attend in a neighboring suburb. The shopping area is very good for breakfast and dinner.
