- Don't go by the pics.. no way close to the pics shown on booking.com. - Our apartment was located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Had to carry all the luggage from basement to 2nd floor - The apartment was dirty.. there was dust everywhere, including the bed. - Don't even ask about the kitchen and bathroor.. probably hasn't been rennovated in the last many many years Overalm pathetic for its price. Wouldn't recommend

- Location.. walabke to the beach - Wifi was very good - Despite a holiday and reception being closed, the check-in was smooth. Thanks for the clear communication.

Shouldn’t be called a resort Units need a thorough clean. Very dirty. Nobody working there could help us when we needed help. Never got fresh towels. We had to make up our daughter’s bed ourselves. Not enough coffee and sugar left in the room for the stay. We had to take out our own rubbish. Very overpriced for what we got. The photos on bookings.com are nothing like this place. Update photos so people are not fooled. Places closer to Surfers Paradise with services room and nicer where cheaper. I’d recommend don’t stay here.

The accommodation needs a proper dusting. Carpets and furniture needs to be replaced not worth the money spent on the unit. They not only look old but look dirty.

when we arrived in unit 7 the lounge is very old & the fabric/vinyl is split the fridge wasn't cleaned properly,there were 2 dead cockroaches next to the microwave,the kitchen cupboards & draws on the inside wernt clean,we also had to wash everything before we used it.in the bedroom the bed blanket wasn't clean, bedside table and mirror wardrobe had dust everywhere. the shower has mould everywhere I had to wear thongs to shower.the bathroom needs a major upgrade. on there website it says no pets allowed but there were pets there.and the howling the dogs were doing when the owners wernt there. we also seen 2 rats running around near the office. the spa and pool had sand in the bottom of it so we didn't stay in it for very long. was told that since we were staying for so long that they would give us fresh sheets but they never changed them. they have a after hours phone number but they dont answear the phone call nor respond to missed calls. these apartments needs major upgrade

the bed was comfotable, sheets,towels where clean.pillows were okay but they need to supply better quality pillows.the washing machine had water coming out of the bottom of it on first day.so ren offered to wash out clothes for us.

Room was awful dark and dingy, smelt terrible, stains on carpet, mould in bathroom, made you feel uncomfortable like you were going to catch a disease. Horrible, we would have left except arrived late at night in tropical storm. Will never stay there again.

It’s on the main highway, so there was a bit of noise and there is a walk to the main shops.

Once inside It felt private and secluded, and the heated pool and spa is great.

I had booked for 4 adults & 3 children. When we arrived they had two 1 bedroom units booked to us. I had to make up the sofa bed for 2 of my kids & made up a make shift bed on the lounge for the youngest. It cost more than $600 for the 1 night. The lights didn’t work in the bedroom, the microwave didn’t work & the fan also didn’t work.

The pool was lovely & warm. The resort it close to where the function was we were attending.
