The bed isn't very comfortable, the spring also makes a tired sound when you sit or lie on it. Also didn't like the fact that our towels were not changed during the 4 night stay, I know it's a long weekend, but some spares would do.

I like the spa, it's the highlight of our stay there. The kids also liked the sofa bed. The location is perfect.. close to the beach (1-minute walk only).

The unit was not clean, long black hairs in the bathroom and bed. Furniture needed a clean or replacing, very old, the whole unit is in dire need of a refresh, bed hard and old, we brought new pillows and left them there. Also vacuumed and cleaned ceiling fans before departing so next guests could actually use them.

The manager was friendly, the location was good. The pool and spa was nice.

Booking didn't go through properly second time around, luckily there was a spare room available, would have been a pain if there were no rooms due to computer error.. also lots of stairs and unit was only reachable from the garage through sets of stairs through the pool area. Not a big issue, but was hard getting everything up and down with a little one.

Loved the big bed, that the bathroom was from the bedroom and not seperate Modern furnishings Quiet street but close to everything Nicely kept gardens

the manager Ren went above and beyond to make sure our accomodation was perfect. the resort was perfectly maintained and an easy walk to Burleigh shops and restaurants. the pool was magnificent, the room was comfortable.

we specifically got a hotel with concierge because we know check in’s can be awkward but we were advised an hr or so before we arrived reception wouldn’t be open. lucky the cleaner was there and able to let us store our luggage but otherwise you would be stuck outside with nowhere to leave your things .

On arrival, dirty dishes in cupboards, cobwebs in bathroom, near shower area. Very overly priced for 7 day stay. Needs a aircon in bedroom, as fans are not that great, very hot. No fitness centre, just a treadmill in the underground car park with a pool table Bit misleading Wifi connection is very slow

not enough toilet paper - who has to buy paper on a holiday I don"t think guests should have to wash their dishes, glasses, cutlery. How do we know the previous guests washed them correctly - how is this good health practice
