Beds were very uncomfortable. Initially, feels ok, but during night a hole forms. Both beds very squeaky when trying to get in the bed or roll over. Honestly, beds need to be changed. Missing some parts of blinds, so you can see through, spiderwebs inside the house. So many water toys but only 1 child size life vest. I would book again if beds or at least mattresses were changed.

Location was nice, close to centre, nice views, plenty of water toys. Easy check in and out, easy parking . Very cosy looking place Lounge room spacious and comfortable, kitchen well equipped

The following comments are no reflection of the beautiful property however we do need to say these comments - written by Mary as I had this encounter: We received an email the day before our arrival requesting photographic evidence of ID (driving licence / passport) and credit card, we were suspicious of this and were in a location which had limited wifi at the time therefore unable to send this. We contacted the agent to inform them of this, by this time it was Saturday late afternoon / evening. We phoned the agent three times on the Sunday morning / afternoon leaving urgent messages, no return call. On the fourth time I spoke to a man, I explained I had left several messages and was getting worried as to how we would access the property or indeed if we would be able to, to which he replied he had been 'on the water', you can imagine I was not pleased and even less so to be told to chill and that we were not due in yet anyway. He stated he was not aware of the process which I was referring to (??). Unsure why as it seems this is a NSW requirement. I asked if we were able to call in to the office to show these documents, answer no, it had to be done electronically. He did at one point say I needed to contact booking.com and asked why I had phoned his number as it was an emergency number (it was the out of hours number given on the agents answerphone). It was clear I was disturbing his leisure time. Eventually I was able to complete the process when we eventually found somewhere with wifi, it was straightforward to do however that was not the point. My husband is hard of hearing therefore I needed to make the call, it was my birthday and I was feeling unwell, this was the final straw not knowing whether we had somewhere to stay that night. This did initially spoil the experience here. We will not now book a property through an agent, we would rather deal directly with the owner.

This is a beautiful large house which is nicely furnished in a great location. Spotlessly clean inside. Coffee machine is a welcome bonus, also washer / drier, electrical items of good standard, good sized rooms. Lovely balcony which overlooks bay in the distance. There are other properties around however it was very quiet. Short walk to shops and beach. This is a great place to stay, we were here for five nights and loved every moment (after we eventually got in).

Some confusion on the numberings of the properties in the estate. We ended up accidentally trying to get into someone else's house.

Lovely comfy beds. Beautiful balcony with a great view. Very peaceful yet within walking distance of the town and the beaches. Generous starter pack when we arrived.

The house is a bit tired, with carpets & blinds in need of replacement. Not great because it’s expensive. Mostly though I didn’t appreciate the amount of communication from the company managing the property. In a two month holiday, we have stayed in a lot of places & this one didn’t compare well.

The house has good parking It is a short walk into town There is plenty of room, 2 good bedrooms, 2 living areas & big kitchen/ dining room. There are paddle boards etc to use.

There was mould in the shower and the outside area was dirty and unkept. The lounges have both lost their support so not comfortable to sit on for any period of time.

The property needs maintenance, some blinds were missing and broken including in one bedroom which meant that there was clear visibility into the room at night when the light was turned on. The property had pet fur and triggered my allergies which made the stay unbearable and uncomfortable. Experience Jervis Bay could not offer a refund the 3 nights stay at this property but added an additional night, upon request, at the new property we were relocated into.

The property was within walking distance to the heart of Huskisson and the view from the balcony were truly amazing.
