We felt that the air conditioner should be serviced, so as to remove the musty smell. The bathroom light was not working, only the heat lamps.

Property was clean and has nice open common area. Breakfast was very nice and adequate. Location is quite central. Well priced.

We were totally amazed at this B&B. This was our first time staying at a B&B, so a little unsure what to expect. Rooms were big and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a continental breakfast, cereals and toast, which was a good start. The only downfall, located on the busy main road so heard all the road noise until quietened down and then when started back up again in the morning.

Our room was pretty tired - bed linens were thin and a bit stained, the bedhead needed a clean as has oil marks from years of use, walls were scuffed and in need of a paint, the carpet and window furnishings all need an update. The furniture in the lounge area was of a similar era although comfortable. Potentially Baudins could be a great bed and breakfast if updated.

Baudins is a comfortable property within a half hour walk of the famous Busselton Jetty. Although it is located on Bussel Highway, our room was at the back so no traffic noise. The property has everything that you need for a short stay in Busselton and perfect for us as we only wanted one night before catching a plane the next morning. Best feature was the roomy shower and comfortable shared lounge and kitchen areas.

The bed in Queen room 2 seemed very old. Unfortunately I ended up with a sore back every morning..

Room was spacious and well fitted out. The property had everything that you might need. The breakfast was self-serve from the kitchen (toast, cereal etc) The Queen rooms 1 - 4 are shielded from road noise by another building so you don't hear the Busselton highway

Clean, comfy bed,, nice communal area with well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and laundry facilities. Breakfast basic but adequate. Off road parking. Flat 5 min walk to beach and 20 min to town centre and jetty.

For two times had a car parked in front of our garage. We didn’t have electricity inside of our room when we arrived and when we called the number available they asked my partner to check around the house without give much information or worry about it. When we came back from dinner had a group of girls drinking and talking loudly in the balcony in front of our room. But despite that, it was a good place to spend 2 nights, not more than that.

The bedroom was big and with a comfort bed.

Tried to call twice but no one picked up.

Great location and very nice house in general. It would have been a lot better to have a seating area rather than an office as we were not allowed to be out in the sharing spaces after 9pm. A little too early to go to bed.

It would be churlish to complain but we could'nt find the butter/spread!

Breakfast was good. Pretty well everything you'd expect for a continental breakfast. Until you arrive you are not aware that breakfast is self service .It's fine once you get used to the idea. As we do not have a car it was nearly half an hour's walk from the coach stop.

Breakfast was a little sparse. Not much fresh fruit and no butter some of the time.

The property was in a great location, the bed was comfortable and tvs were huge. The shared areas were generously sized.

Loud cleaning staff when trying to sleep (shift worker), some really loud trombone playing in the vicinity which was unreasonable hours. Water supply stopped working for several hours with difficulties contacting staff out of hours at dedicated number.

I liked the property. However, if there is anything I would improve would be having some dairy free options for the continental breakfast ( non-dairy milk, margarine )

The property is well maintained and very comfortable. The facilities provided are good for a comfortable stay. My partner and I had a lovely stay, the location was ideal- not too far from jetty. Good value for money.

I didn’t like the breakfast part.It was just bread ,milk and cereals.We thought staff were going to come and serve us breakfast.
