Booking.com made it difficult. We booked for 4 adults and the web site kept saying it was one room when it was the 3 bedroom executive suite.

The guest in the next room complained rudely about the Korean bulgogi and kimchi that we had for dinner in the communal dining area.

Breakfast was sufficient. There were plenty of bread, milk, yoghurt, jams, butter etc to choose from.

communication with staff who were directly associated with the accommodation. I called on 3 occasions re parking, bed configuration and access, but received no reply to my calls after being answered by the general receptionist, who could not answer these specific questions for me

The checking in situation was horrific & unacceptable. This will put people off, if not improved. One visitor from the U.K. had to spend a night in their car, as they could not access their room. this is completely unacceptable. It took us 45 mins. & a lot of angst, before we finally got into our room.

Needs a good clean. Including food crumbs throughout the drawers and cupboards. There was lip gloss under the tv unit, and cupboards were full of bit and pieces of rubbish. The laundry had stuff laying around everywhere including the dryer full of rags and a few dirty ones in the washing machine.

Everything was provided for a comfortable night and a good breakfast. We had a good night's sleep as this is a quiet location and the other guests were very considerate.

Nothing really, it was only spoilt by a young couple who did not read the instructions for the times to use the communal area. The woke up at 5am and were very noisy in their room and decided to have breakfast at 5:45 am. The timing were from 7am. They proceeded to open nearly every cupboard, banging around the kitchen talking very loudly. They had no consideration for the our two couples in the accommodation.

Lovely shared accommodation. Breakfast was left out for guests to help themselves. Bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The shared area, lounge and kitchen were well thought out. Four rooms where you could stay on your own or use the shared facilities.

Our room was dark as we couldn’t open the blinds. The bathroom door squeaked when opened/closed. Breakfast was basic but adequate - several loaves in fridge - the loaf I chose was stale.

The bath towels, did not dry our body at all, they needed washing before hand.

We had a very good choice. The tropical juice, could off been a bit off. It was very close to the Jetty, as we where down to see the sailing ship, the LUEEWIN berth, with our grandson on board.

We stayed in the master room which was huge and came with undercover parking. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through but could have easily stayed longer. We really enjoyed the walk into town along Geographe Bay Road.
