The bathroom was mouldy and the shower was tiny. The air conditioner spat out a bunch of dirt/dust upon being turned on, which went all over the kitchenette.

The view was beautiful from our room and we were within walking distance of fast food and a supermarket, and easy driving distance of all Gold Coast attractions. The room provided all basic amenities, with the communal BBQ area adding convenience. The pool being temperature managed for year round swimming was a huge bonus. Onsite car parking being available was great.

I arrived on a public holiday so the reception was closed I called to get my key as the sign says they couldn't see my booking thought I was at the wrong hotel but gave me code to open safe once I did that key was there no problems so just seemed like they didn't have my booking on their system not sure what happened In the room everything was perfect I'm a camper so don't ask for much but thought I'd share this for others that may have higher standards, the curtain a small portion was off the tracks so I needed to put a towel up to make it dark as the lights on balcony are on 24/7 and the recliner seat didn't recline.

I stayed in room 29A and it was a lot better then I was expecting had a lake view was bigger than I pictured and very clean, simple, great water pressure in the shower.

The Couch was very uncomfortable and could only sit 2 people. You needed to prop a pillow behind your lower back so you didn’t slouch. Not good for your posture. The oven looked new which was great but we could not find the manual on how to use it. If u were not tech savvy then this can be quite frustrating to figure out.

Great location, so close to The Pines shopping Mall & close to Bus transportation. Lovely view of the lake. Short drive to the beach.

Great view from upstairs balcony of the lake. Bed was very comfortable and had some great pillows to sleep on. Pool had plenty of seating and was large and clean.

The shopping center side is a bit noisy early in the morning, due to garbage trucks emptying bins at the pines shopping center, a noise barrier would be nice

Perfect view overlooking the lake only down size could be is not very safe for children to outside on their own as they may easily fall into the lake. I reckon there should be a fence erected and then it will be so much safer I wish we could have those green coconuts from tress beside the lake

Climbing up steps to my unit as I am 75 but I think if I had said this when I booked I would have got a ground floor unit.

Close to shopping centre and buses. Could walk across the bridge to Currumbin RSL. Did not see anyone at reception but everything was arranged for me to get the key. Very clean and comfortable.Lovely pool.Easy self checkout.

Fairly dated, ceiling fan in bedroom only had one speed (very loud/fast) but given price point not a huge issue

Inconsistent in quality

I suspect all rooms are individually owned as they are all different in quality. I had a “delux studio” (9a) which was terrific and earned the delux label as it was fresh and contemporary. But a family member also booked a delux and it was poor quality, early 2000s furniture and smelly.
