Room was a bit cold so the heater was handy. I think it’s the vent in the bathroom window causing the breeze.

The pool and spa looked beautiful and a few people were swimming but it was too cold for me.

Doors in between units for larger bookings might need a thicker door, or some sound proof on them. I was in a unit with a joining door, I could here everything from next door, even when they are just talking normal. They went to bed over midnight, while I was getting up at 5am for work.

Place is great, booked a lake view unit on booking.com, but got a inside unit. No biggy, but they said they only received deluxe unit, not deluxe lake view unit. Might need booking.com to check settings. Overall, still a great place and will book again as I have many times.

On departure I was walking down one of the stairs (near the pool, close to the games room) and running my hand down the railing something caught my palm. I did not worry about it but realised while driving off and later at the beach, that I actually had a small cut running right across my palm. There was a piece of metal of some sort on the stair railing that REALLY needs to be smoothed off!

Great location, very quiet and peaceful setting. The pool setting was wonderful though we only had time to use it once.

The location was a bit far from Surfers paradise except that everything was superb

The apartment was newly renovated and everything was nice and clean. The pine alpine shopping centre was just next to the mall thereby making easy access for anything necessary.

The bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade and better cleaning around skirting boards etc. Curtains were quite light so didn't get very dark in the room.

The pool and spa were great. We had to check in after hours and this process was easy. The room was big and fairly modern. Had everything you needed.

We were a party of three, stayed 4 nights. We were given 2 towels. One we used for the pool, one for the shower. We asked if we could have an extra towel or exchange for dry ones, but were told that exchanging wet for dry towels cost $2 per towel. So we ended up using the same 2 wet towels for 3 people for 4 days. Were also told toilet paper couldn't be replaced, so had to buy at the supermarket. Kitchen was badly infested with ants

Location is lovely, pool is nice, resident swans are a treat (but there's a lady that lives there that shouts at you if you look at them too long).

Bit of mould in bathroom. To open the window in the bathroom meant no privacy from the units behind and people walking past. Hard to work the wifi and the tv. No one at reception to ask Luckily got help from person next door.

The lake front view, close to shops, the kitchen facilities are perfect for us. Will be back

That the door from the inside is easy accessible for young kids, our toddler could easily open the door from the inside, so a dead bolt or an extra lock would help prevent this!

We loved the location! Was close to amenities and to the beach and to the Zoo. Loved the heated pool and gaming room. Perfect for families!

Not worth the value of money charged. Furniture is old and rusting (dining table and seats + toilet role holder looks so old!!) Sat on the lounge which leather is cracked. Stunk of kids urine in the middle (please clean!) plus to top it off seen cockroaches multiple times on bench top in cupboards and around the fridge!

The view of the lake was the only nice thing.

The TV was too small and too high.

Nice outlook - lake looked beautiful when the sun shined and we enjoyed the birdlife. Nice walk around te he lake.
