The walls are thin. You can hear everything. We were instructed to clean up e erything, including the dishes. Had to wash them in the bathroom sink! Also had a German cockroach in my room. No fly spray to kill it. Squshed with my slippers.

I liked that it wasn't far from a shopping centre or the airport.

The property was badly maintained. The park is also tenanted. Unfortunately, I was located next to a room with the person next door screaming out during the night.

I don't have a positive comment to make. It's not suitable for business travel.

The black mould in the shower, the broken shower head, broken furniture, broken curtains that wouldn’t close, broken toilet seat. Rubbish around property. Needs a total renovation. Will never return.

No breakfast. No staff to be seen. Reception closed. Liked the position. It was close to a large shopping precinct where we could get breakfast.

We booked here specifically for location and as my partner is a smoker we wanted a balcony all of this was useless ass it was a shared walkway not a balcony and there was no proper signage or readable map to where an undercover smoking area was so he had to go and smoke in our family car or go out in the rain there was no one available when she arrived to discuss this as we had a late arrival when I did go to desk the following day no one was around. I’m unwell and did not realise it was second floor no elevator not ideal and all of this should be available for customers to see so we no what we are getting I was underwhelmed and disappointed more because of my expectations then the reality of the facility. Had I had all this information I would not have booked this place knowing all of this as it’s now less stars now then when I booked months ago. I’m more frustrated at the level of transparency as I think the property itself was fine and reasonable condition how ever is ageing. Curtains need to be replaced/hooked on curtain rail correctly as they don’t fully cover the bedroom window leaving a gap in the middle (not what a couple celebrating there anniversary with a weekend away needs at all)

We had a ground floor Lake view the adjoining room door was paper thin and had no soundproofing quality at all so neighbour noise was bad.. The room wasn't very clean and it had Cockroaches. Shower taps were old and knackered almost coming off. Badly needs a modernization facelift

It wasn't clean. There was thick layers of dust on places higher up E.g the canvas picture hanging over my bed and the fan. The floor left grunge on my feet and there were numerous cockroaches. We had a box of donuts which sat on the bench top for a couple of hours. When we opened the box, there were 5 or more cockroaches inside, so the donuts were thrown outside. We put the rubbish bag outside the door as that was also attracting cockroaches.The following morning we checked out and asked for a refund for the next two nights. A different lady was on reception that day, and she was rude and confrontational. She talked over my sister and said, "I know what people like you are like". She also told us we wouldn't be able to find another place to stay, but we did. We did eventually get the next two nights refunded but she didn't make it easy, kept saying we had to go through booking.com to get it. Terrible customer service from that lady. There is a basic level of cleanliness that one should be able to expect, when paying to stay somewhere. I'm not a super fussy person.

Convenience to the mall was great. The lady at reception on the first day was lovely and helpful.

The rooms for visitors are mixed with the permanent residents, many are creepy old men who like to watch what’s going on and walk the balcony’s constantly.. Didn’t feel the safest!

The beds in the studio room was double and single. I was expecting a queen bed. The mattresses were old, sinking and the SB spring was making noise each time I turned sides when sleeping. We had 3 baby cockroaches in the room. TV was very small.
