Lovely location on the outskirts of Busselton. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. They have lots of outdoor activities available, tennis courts, volleyball, a heated pool etc. And it's a 5 minute walk to a lovely, scenic beach.

Excellent value for money. The 2 bed villa had everything you needed with direct access to the beach just a few minutes walk away and plenty of space in the villa for us. Outdoor activities were excellent as was the use of the indoor pool.

I liked the location and facilities. BUT the water was turned off at 8:30am and we were NOT INFORMED, so we couldn’t use the toilet or shower! No alternatives were offered. As a travel the bathroom facilities are very very important in the morning. When I asked about this the staff weren’t helpful. We ended up using the public toilets at the beach! I thought they might help in some way or offer a discount. Not satisfied.

First, this comment does not result out of frustration. Checked in and received a rather worn out cottage. I guess this was because the booking came through booking.com. I have encountered this phenomenon at different places. After two horrible nights caused by an unsocial family with totally uneducated kids who started yelling at 5 am we complained at the reception. Instead of moving this indecent behaving family - who by the way arrived after us - the hotel gave silly excuses and asked us to move to a different room. At this point I want to add that there was not even housekeeping executed during our whole stay. At least the new room was in fact new. Freshly renovated, better equipped and better located on the property. Dear manager, this demeanor and treatment of your staff is not what we have expected from a nice holiday at a 4* rated resort. If at all, this is the performance of a middle class campground facility! So in the end I can only warn people to book with you who look for quality time during their holiday!

Brilliant facilities, family friendly, on the beach, will definitely stay again! Only feedback is that the shutters in the bedrooms don’t close fully so let morning light in. Otherwise no complaints. Thanks for having us!

Great location - just a short drive down to the Busselton jetty and surrounding restaurants and bars. Loved the short walk to the beach for an afternoon dip after we arrived from Sydney!

Bedside lamps would be a welcome addition & a Pillow upgrade needed. Pillow super uncomfortable.

The location is fabulous, the property setting peaceful & tranquill & the Units, although dated are ideal for a beach side holiday. The maintenance staff were especially helpful & friendly when we needed assistance to tiggten a hired bike seat 🙏

without oven and no scissors in the kitchen. other than that everything is fantastic and will be back next time.

Every aspects beyond our expectations. The kids enjoyed a lot. The TV with netflix and youtube connection using self account. The kitchen is well equiped except without oven and scissors but it meets our need for simple dishes. The cleanliness is awesome and the space is huge. The environment is lovely and we can rent tennis equipments to play onsite. There is the indoor heater pool and walking distance to the beaches. Wish we will be back soon.

I love the pool and the beach just through the gate. Grounds are gorgeous and rooms are nicely decorated. I really enjoyed the spa after work.

The cafe was closed so we needed to look outside for breakfast options. The pool was a little too cold for my liking, but my husband still wen in for a dip.

The room was larger than expected and was very clean and organised. It was raining but we still managed to enjoy the pool facilities.

Nothing to do with the staff but there was a mum with her 2 daughters encouraging them to do bombies which I found hard as they virtually took over the pool. Never mind we just got out.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Loved the luxury of the unit, the staff were wonderful even down to a bottle of wine in our unit as returning customers. So many things to do, indoor pool, golf, volleyball,tennis and direct access to the beach.
